you know, it's really tacky of you to diss the various other pubic hair regions as if the nether regions are the only ones that stink.

I came across some heinous looking shape/skins recently. Made by a rather "famous" name in SL as far as clothing designers go - but for the life of me I can't remember who it is right now. Really quirky body shapes, and the skins had scars, bad shading on purpose, armpit hair, massive, overgrown pubic hair. If it's terrible looking, it was on the ava. I saw her, and another name designer hanging out recently somewhere wearing these skins and actually? It was rather amusing to see. Very "real" in comparison to all the perfection we're used to seeing walking around SL.

So Lil, anything you'd like to share with the group? Or have I missed some important news somewhere here? Just happened to notice what it says under your Avatar's picture ;)

So? ;)

last year they tossed me in a class of extremely ED students (one was a certified sociopath - diagnosed at age 7  ), with completely passive teachers that they could scrounge up from anywhere- we went through 3 teachers last year - (who all had no backbone and no motivation/drive), and the last one was a man who developed a crush on me and basically became a stalker. it was HORRIBLE! i quit the year early because it was unbearable both because the guy was creepy, and because i was expected to make all decisions, yet i had no power to back them up - yet i was responsible for the outcomes. no support. it was really really too much to bear.

this year i am working with 3 bitches. all some sort of power trip. the certified teacher is a bully, and the aides under her are competitive (as am i, but i keep myself in check) and there is this constant undercurrent of power tripping. it sucks.

i am a team player - i NEVER knew i could be so tolerant without barking back. having said that, everyone has an explosion point. currrently, mine is brewing just below the surface. LOL
I worked as a sub when I started out and I spent some days in very dis-functional classrooms. I saw situations like yours. (Those assistants tended to be absent a lot.) Then my first permanent job I was the assistant of a guy who kept going out to his van to snort coke. No kidding - the kids would say, "Kaimi! he's out there snorting coke!" And I'd have to say "Stop! I can't be talking about him; we have to do our work." He was absent a lot but he always called at the last minute so there was never a substitute for him. The whole thing did kind of help the kids bond with me.
I was the only one who gave assignments and graded papers. He just didn't care. In a way it was kind of fun for me but it was a lot of work and he was getting paid a lot more than I was. At the semester I got transferred and I worked with great teachers from then on.

I hope you can find a good way out of your horrible situation soon. What I hated worst about bad teachers is how unfair it is to the students to be stuck with them.

The Zoo was a ginormous sundae...delivered to your table in an outrageously oversized bowl...which resembled a "Revere Bowl."

Forty scoops of ice cream, plus sauces and whipped cream. :D

ETA: Found this pic on the web. Kinda faded, but you get the idea.
I think it was brought to the table by four people each holding one corner of a plank that the thing was served on.

So I get a call from my brother this morning. His current wife has kicked him out and wants a divorce.(shocker...) Anyway,he needs a place to stay. And me being the sucker I am,said yes. I hate living with people. Took me years to finally live alone and drink the milk out of the carton.:( I'm so depressed now. I can't say no though,he is my brother.

I may be perpetually cranky after Saturday.Sigh.
Living with my husband is actually better than living alone but for years before I found him I felt like you do. I remember once volunteering to let someone I felt sorry for stay with me and then immediately regretting it. I hope you'll be able to get through it without losing control of your life. If you can, once it's over you probably won't regret having helped your brother.

Thanks Kaimi. I'm sure I will be fine, after I whine a few days. The idea of being able to run to the store at night without children in tow has greatly improved my mindset.:p(Thanks Pep!)
