From: Rioko Bamaisin Well, I wouldn't exactly call them "friends" yet. Just wanted to add them to my list so they are easier to find in the future to speak with again. But for some reason I just couldn't ask. Froze up like a nerd. Why don't you use the calling card function? It is less immediately over-familiar, potentially transfers the onus to them to get in touch if they enjoyed your company, gives them the opportunity to offer you theirs in return or even to suggest friendship instead. Pep (Not as aggressive inworld as may appear likely from the forums)

Hey all! Popping in to say hi and to tell whomever isn't feeling well, hope you get better soon and keep your germs to yourself This is the first winter I can remember where I've made it past the first week of February and haven't gotten sick yet. Usually I've been done for the count with bronchitis already (nearly a yearly occurance) but so far so good, which is remarkable since Ghosty has had a lingering headcold it seems for months now. @ Rioko - I know how you feel too, about friending people. There are several here in the forum I keep meaning to do so with and for some reason, never get around to. Can't figure it out. Are you even on my list any longer? When you took that break, I remember you took everyone off of yours pretty much but I can't remember off hand if we re-friended each other (I think we did, you are in my group for cripes sake, so it would be pretty neglectful to not actually have each other as "friends" lol). BTW, thanks for taking Lee from me last night (I was very confused about the whole ensuing conversation which flowed afterwards) and, the Martian says hi Oh and Spike IS looking very very good!

I don't think I ever took you off,did I? I know there were two or three people I did not take off at all. But regardless, yes you on my list. From: someone BTW, thanks for taking Lee from me last night (I was very confused about the whole ensuing conversation which flowed afterwards) and, the Martian says hi Oh no problem. Lee is a wonderful guy. He thinks I want him bad,I let him have his fantasies. (Just kidding Lee if you are reading lol-) I was confused as well. Though I am often confused there.... /me waves to the martian

I can be a bit oblivious to such things, and wouldn't have taken offense since I knew you'd left SL temporarily. I could have stalked you in email anyway if I wanted to lol. Lee is sweet, but I save my dancing strictly for my llama these days. I'm not sure how long I took to even answer his request. I'm not used to men asking me to dance, it's been ages. I was concerned that I may have hurt his feelings by taking to long to answer, I wasn't paying attention to the local chat, let alone expecting one of the guys to ask to twirl me across the floor

The toast rack reminds me of some weird filing system. Maybe it allows you to arrange your toast alphabetically: French, rye, sourdough, wheat, white, etc. That's awfully organized, though. Mine doesn't usually last long enough to be filed properly. It's lucky if it makes it onto a plate.
Wouldn't it be great if you got an entire meal like that? You could put a steak in one slot, stack some carrots in the next. Slice a potato into slabs for the next one. Sort of rules out ice cream for dessert, though.
Hmm...I have to think this one through.

At least someone asked you. I was second choice. I think men are scared of the whips, ropes, chains and assorted torture devices in my inventory....

Eh I don't really care. I just like having something to complain about. At least Soji always asks me to dance. He will be in my will and receive all my SLworldly possessions when my avatar passes on. Think about that men!!!

You had no problem telling me you wanted to dance back when I was so nervous to even talk to anyone at the hangout. Send the friends request.

Yeah I have no problem asking guys to dance(If I am in safe neutral territory like the hangout). But I shouldn't have to. Call me old fashion in a sense I guess. And besides, you were cute, noobish and evil. I could not resist asking for a dance.

Hmm...I have to think this one through. My sister eats like that. She gets a burger, and pulls it apart and seperates it out. Eats everything seperately. It's wierd.

So I have no problem dancing with women. Gee, wish I'd known. Next time I'll ask you too. Madhu and I spent an entire night embraced in each others arms at one of Ghosty's parties before him and I officially became a couple lol. I had to "share" him with a plethora of other females who came to the party to catch his eye (IMHO of course, but that is the truth of the matter) and being he was pretty much the only male there he had to spend the whole night doing a balancing act of great proporation with said females being he was host and all. I had no choice but to step aside and find another dance partner for most of the evening. Thankfully, Maddy was there, or I'm sure I would have TP'd right out of there. And actually? I had a great time with her
