Precisely, and as far as I am concerned any landlord who has 40 sims and cannot be bothered to install a rental system that has such a feature (there are only one or two large scale systems anyway and they both have this feature) is not one where I would want to rent either.

That sure makes sense. If they have a lot of rentals, I would think they would prefer as much automation as possible, with the corresponding records that would come with the systems. If 10 avatars pay him money, he still has to manually keep track of who is paying for which property and whether or not they paid the correct amount. I would assume that the systems do this for the landlord and therefore make much more sense unless you really only have a couple of people renting from you.

Absolutely correct, as much automation as possible for 40 sims is going to be a must for any sane landlord.

ok, so I'm having trouble replying with what I wanted to say lol. basically, he sent us details about how to pay, but said he owns 40 sims and its too much hassle to go round updating all the boxes etc, so no reminders. I'm guessing thats till you miss a payment and he wants to know why.

Hey, I can send you my old landlord, I rented from her for 6 months and she's awesome.

She has a GF in rl/sl who uses one of the kani style bunny avatars.

She is tweaking that pink husky AV I got her (likely going to make the tail bigger and pick out better clothing to suit her)

Funny story driving to work this morning:

A guy walks in to a local bank branch (I didn't catch where), and hands the teller a robbery note. The teller looks up at him, and calmly says, "You don't want to do this".

Our robber replies "Yes...I do."

The teller hands him a bag of money, and the robber proceeds to make his escape. Now...the entrance to the bank is a set of two double doors. When our robber passed through the first set...the teller pressed a button locking both sets of doors, and trapping the thief between them. Where he remained until police arrived.

The chief of police was quoted as saying, "Yep...them doors 're pretty thick. And bullet proof. He wasn't going anywhere any time soon. "

And what a nice teller. She did try to warn the guy!
