Hey folks...I'll catch up in a mo, just had a quick question... The island I call home has just been taken over by someone else, doesn't seem bad at all, my rent has even gone down, but I have to pay tier through his profile rather than the rent box I'm used to. I usually have problems remembering stuff like this, and the last rent box had a hovertext thing and sent me a message when I had a day or two to go.....is there anyway I can set up a script to remind me how long I have left? I know I can set up a little hovertext thing, but I could really do with the reminders. Any ideas? _____________________

You should ask them how they will be reminding renters of the due date. _____________________

ok, so I'm having trouble replying with what I wanted to say lol. basically, he sent us details about how to pay, but said he owns 40 sims and its too much hassle to go round updating all the boxes etc, so no reminders. I'm guessing thats till you miss a payment and he wants to know why.

Hon, I know you love it there and I will miss my look out if you move... but... if the guy is "that" busy he is not going to be good at support if and when you need it. There are automated systems like Hippo or APEZ where he could effortlessly set this all up on line. Me.. I would be looking around. But you gotta do what makes yourself happy. Never underestimate a sticky note on your monitor with the next due date. _____________________
