It was not a link when I posted it; it was on the forum, so if you clicked on this thread, it came right up on your screen without giving you the chance to not click on it. If it was just a link, then I wouldn't have said anything. I know better than to click on NSFW links in place where I'd rather not have NSFW pictures displayed. It doesn't matter what the rule in the UK is about what is and is not porn. Doesn't matter what the rule in the US is either, for that matter. What matters is what the rule in the forums are, and a picture like that is enough to violate the intent of the rule, if not its actual terms. Thank you for making the change.

Thank you for making the change. Presumably you are using Strife's greasemonkey script for BBcode emulation, which is third party software (and pretty much the only way you would be able to see the image instead of a link). These fora, in their natural state as prescribed by LL, will display links not images. The rules in these fora make no mention of posting of links that I can see. It is not my responsability to make allowances for what third party software you may or may not be using. TL: DR summary; I posted a link, you have an add-on to your browser that removes your ability to decide whether to display the image - thus, your problem.

I don't have any 3rd party add-ons. I flipped an option on to display images in my profile. On the first pass there was an image, now there's a link. (which should prolly have a "NSFW" near it). And for illustrative purposes, while in ethereal form posting on the forum, you are here:
