Spent part of my lunch wandering about Vienna Free- http://slurl.com/secondlife/Wien/239/155/27

They have a bunch of gift boxes laying about - 72 in all - so if you like hunts- and these are not real hidden :) go on by. Not sure if the gifts are keepers or not- I haven't unpacked anything yet. I did pick up a ruby bracelet, a mannequin and some dresses.

Thanks for the head's up on Vienna Free! :)

Nice pics and cool cars Lexxi!

Are those for sale somewhere in SL? I don't really need a car but any of those would look awesome sitting in the driveway.

I can barely stand to watch; I keep wanting to slap someone.

I've made it a point not to have any possible projectiles within reach during the debates. I don't want to buy a new TV.

I'd be happy if just once a canidate's reply actually had something to do with the question being asked.

Hmmm. This could become a drinking game; every time they DO NOT answer the question, take a shot.

LOL - warning: one of those cars, the last one Lexxi posted, has something like 500 prims.

Thanks :) All of them, except the last set, are from "Primouth." The last one is by Ellison. I do not know if that is the name of the place or how to find it. heh - I followed a Group slurl to the place because they were selling the car for 10L. A limited edition Halloween car.

It is neat to run into people unexpectedly, like when I ran into Marianne at the Crimson Shadow sim.

Actually, all of them are prim heavy vehicles. Very detailed, lovely vehicles, but prim heavy.

The Primouth's are easier to rez as a display car - just plop down the multi-stack prim.

The pumpkin one would be harder, because it is in pieces. Would need to rez wheels, then engine - align properly, and lastly rez the body of the car.

Multi-stack prim - rez a bunch of prims. Select all of them, say a pile of 10 items. "Take" them. But do not link them. Then look in your inventory. You will see a "fractured" or multi-stack image in your inventory.

The pumpkin car, which I keep calling pumpkin car because it is called "Ellison 1964 Impala SS Pumpkin Prowler" is in three parts. To drive it, you need to drag the wheels section out and place them on the ground. Rez them. Sit in the car (not any of the seat pose balls, as those are for passengers). Then "wear" the engine. Now "wear" the "body" of the car - the rest of the car. Now drive. heh.

The Primouth vehicles come as one icon. You rez it, grab the top part. Sit on the wheels, then wear the top part. Now you can drive around in a "vehicle" of 29 or so prims, the wheels, while wearing an "attachment" of something like, in the case of the pumpkin car (can't recall how many prims an average Primouth comes in at), 500 prims. This attachment, if working correctly, aligns with the wheels. So it looks like you are driving a car of 529 or so prims. Gets around that limit of 29 or 33 or whatever number it is. That limit beyond which you can't drive a vehicle.

at minimum, it certainly beats the alternative. ;)

No, it doesn't.
All of my wife's grandparents lived into their 90's. I have always had a fear of getting old and seeing them that way did not help any. I'm planning on having a wake for my 50th Birthday -- two and a half years.

The name of this shop makes me think they want to do something to my reproductive system:

Anyone with me, or is this just a side effect of too many Zoology/Anatomy courses when I was younger?

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Gosh Yosef, you act like you're OLD. You're not! 50 is the new 40, haven't you heard? ;)

I was going to suggest that one, as well as Marly's, Ivalde and Little Rebel.

Quick question re: the SF/Horror calendar. Daros and I have done our photoshoot and are busy in Photoshop. I need to know, though: I'll put our names in the filename, for reference of whoever is putting the calendar together (is it Maggie McArdle?) but do you want our names in text on the image itself, or will they go on the actual calendar section, where the dates are?
