About the same here. We are having a bit of Indian Summer. Gonna be around 80 for the next couple of days.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

G'mornin, thread!

So ya, I s'pose I should give some piccies form th' old adventures this weekend.

First, I was lucky enough to witness history, as Jopsy Pendragon purchased the sim of Slate from Khamon Fate. Fate Gardens is going ot an island estate, and Slate becomes Etheral Slate - and will be home to Jopsy's new tutorials on vehicles. Yay!

Unlike most sim purchases, typically quick money transaction, Jopsy made this one a public affair, including a ribbon cutting. Yes, the ribbon was made of particles.

Later that night, a friend of mine sent me t' hang out with some of her friends in one of AM Radio's newest builds, Radio. The usual AM Radio details and touches are here. Worth eyeballing! The music stream for this is also a great addition.

I did a lot of building of stuff, an other stuff, but mostly spent the rest of the weekend in my new purchase. You see, where I grew up in my first life wasn't too far from where a Good Year blimp was housed. I always wanted to ride on that, even one time getting a chance to get into the gondola of it. But I never got a chance to go up.

So I happened to be around Abbotts Aerodrome, an saw that Cubey Terra has used sculpts an a mega to make a big ol' blimp. It was spendy, an a bit outta character... but I hadda. Call it an impulse buy.

Sporting tail number S1L, behold The Sansara!

It's fun to buzz th' welcome areas with, too. :-)

An did I mention fishing? If not, then I have now. That my Sister Robin an my Brother Pygar, by th' way.

An that's it! Kinda a quiet weekend, really.

Mari

P.S.: I hope ya'll dun mind me doin these sorta write ups here. I figgure it's pretty much an open random topic here, but these can be kinda graphical intensive an all.

An it's is seeeeriously fun. Move slow enough (tops out at 14 kph) to make it okay over most sim borders too. It's very customizable, an you can even do ad boards on the sides. I've done ones for my store, for Livingtree, for Bay City, an for Cafe Jack in Grignano. Mostly so I could have "Eat At Jack's" on the side. :-)

It seats five, too, which makes for fun tours. An it really is good for low flights over welcome areas an stuff. :-)

Here's jes a couple more piccies. One from inside, overlooking Livingtree:

An another aerial, over Bay City.

Now if only their was a rezzing space over my the air field in Bay City! That'd make me a happy clam!

I think our low was right around 30 here this morning and we are only suppose to hit mid-40's for the day -- but it is normal for us. A few areas might have even got a dusting of snow last night.

Good morning everyone.

In TUCSON??? Dang. That's chilly! We've only got a low of 43 here, though it's with breeze and light drizzle. (Just breezy enough to make a motorcycle wobbly; scary stuff.)

FD Spark; thanks SO much for the tip about Inkscape! I never knew it existed! I'll definitely have to download it and play for a while. :)

Ann, I love the updo. Very chic.

Claire, my vote is for pajamas party. :)

Good morning to all!

blech. I detest Mondays! Headache from hell, and now I have to go shopping.

Someone killl me now! :(

From the sounds of it, people like the idea of a pajama party, so I'm gonna sort that out....PJs or whatever you wear to bed. Gonna see about maybe 60s music...if not it'll be rock.

Cute!

Actually, after having had our house burn down, I *should* be wearing jammies! I know how little time you really have!

/me makes note to go jammie shopping this weekend.
