From: Sy Beck /me thinks he should be getting tenants in to use them up before the 17 prim Pina Coladas dry up. Tenants? We don't need no stinkin' tenants! Man, this virtual rum is strong.

From: Sioban McMahon Dude, you need to tint that a bit to make it a Guinness. Chocolate brown with a creamy head, or a fairly even caramel color if you want it to look like it's still settling. Yeah, that looks more like the test I flunked when I tried to join the LAPD.

I learned the hard way how quickly it can use up prims when building a sim doing movix, I have to nip and tuck everywhere, and still do to get more prims to use (also doesn't help prim count that the sim owner has a couple HIGH prim count items/builds hehe) over all though, if you took out what he has in there, I would have had an easy 3-4K of prims left (that is with the city have a few highrises, trailers(removed now), apartments, a train (with tracks) stores, the office building, the bar, the motel, the arcade (with games) houses, train stations, a church, some corner stores, a hobo area.... don't think I missed anything LOL I would still be doing changes to the city, and implementing the things I planned, but the owner is unsure what they plan to do to with the sim at this time. I am still renting out spaces to anyone who wants to live or set up store there. going to reduce the cost though, to 2L per prim, to get some activity, and if the owner decides to get rid of it, then anyone renting will receive refunds for any time remaining on their rent (I believe in being upfront and honest with folks, and just like any sim in SL, this one can also be closed, at the owner's whim) I wish it were my sim though (I would be keeping it open, I love this city, it has been a build of passion) (not saying the owner is closing it, just I dunno what the owner plans to do, so my mind jumps to the worst) so anywho, this whole post was my way of saying, yeah I know how hard it is to build a city, and keep within prim limits, now try it with someone else owning the land and putting in about 4K prim worth of builds as well (that are not part of the city) THEN see how hard it is LOL

I'm trading Ray funny lessons for one of his rentals in Liome. He doesn't know it, but it's a total scam. He was funny before we started. Shhhh...don't tell him. I just got done decorating.
