Ah, it's always wise to read a thread before posting. No hard feelings - thanks for your input.

Ah, it's always wise to read a thread before posting. No hard feelings - thanks for your input. .If you pointed out that you had cleared cache and they ignored it, then it's their fault for missing that. If you didn't point out that you had done that, a response to clear your cache is normal since it helps the large majority of people with your problem. |

You only posted the replies you received back from LL, nowhere did you actually copy/paste the support message you sent in so that makes it hard to know what you put in there obviously .- Do you really think that I forgot to tell them that I cleared cache? It's the second time this happened to me - the first time I did not get a reply. Mentioned on the very first post of this thread. They replied to the roll back question which was posted AFTER the original question, I did say that I posted twice. Is it that important for you what I put in there? If you pointed out that you had cleared cache and they ignored it, then it's their fault for missing that. Thank you! |

The good news

- My big folder was retrieved by Linden Labs a few days ago, and everything is well.
Thank you Lindens, sorry for being very harsh with my post - I was very much upset! Thanks to all the members who posted, your support is/was much appreciated. Gina |

After several days of having NO inventory except the library, being unable to edit appearance (caused a screen freeze), I went to a different SIM. Set that SIM as home, logged in and out 6-8 times (clearing cache each time)...bingo! The inventory popped up, I can edit appearance, everything seems to be working normally now.
Give it a whirl, it surely worked for me. Asia |
