Lower half is goat or sheep or horse like, winged and with horns? I do not normally go about like this- to me this is a costume- the real me (SL real me) may choose to appear with different make up, skin color in non-human shades, or even a completely inanimate object form.

Neko or not Neko- the Llama is right. We are all merely reflections of the ever changing being we are inside- even on this side of the kb.

But back to the OP- if you like the look wear it- you can add or subtract as you develop your sense of self. You will be amazed at the changes one little attachment, whether tail, ears or even jewelry, can effect on you.

We're in trouble then because UPS can't even figure out how to knock on our door or leave a package in the vestibule :p

That avatar would be a hybrid creature. Like a centaur, or a satyr. A composite of several species. Perhaps loosely considered "Furry", but more a seperate niche in fantasy/myhtological evolution. In my opinion, a hybrid like that is a seperate class from Furry, while "Neko" could be considered a very small subset of "hybrid".

I really had not thought of me Nekoish in that- Nor when I wear leopard skin and ears. I think it really is your outlook, how you feel. Sometimes I go Mer or Daemon or Fae but it is still me- with out any perceivable change in persona. The only time I feel different is when I log in as my alt Hera, who is also human, then I am still just me, just a freer me.

I looked up mini-llama in Google! OMG, there are farms of them! Like 1/2 the size of a regular llama! And they are for sale! OMG!

Nope not so.. cosplay is just plain old dressing up... in fact .. stand at a street corner anywhere in Japan and yell COSPLAY.. and 90% of men will spin their heads in your direction.. and their erections...

Cosplay for the most part .. in most Japanese minds equals.. nurse outfits.. maid outfits... school uniforms... even SM outfits... ie basically roleplay with appropriate clothing.. and more often than not .. sexual roleplay.
there are bars, brothels, massage parlors, call girls .. even rental sex dolls that fit into this theme.

the western world.. being fixated with anime and all things cute.. takes the more visible Yoyogi Park anime cosplay to be the one and only...
sure it is part of the dressing up.. but not all of it.。。。not by a long shot :D
