Are you identical to your avatar? Height, weight, porportions, hair, skins, eyes, outfits?

If not you are lying to all that see it!

Yeah, heaven forbid people treat them as they choose to appear in an online world that has only few links to real world. A world where people can choose to be what society looks down on, to explore things the real world frown upon.

Having seen people deal with lies in real life where one party lies in order to deceive the other.

One secret to the online world is: yes you will make friends, but accept them at face value... real life and online do not mesh perfectly and never will. People will behave far differently online than they ever will in person.

Not always, many couple do it. It allows each to fulfill certain desires that can't normally be filled. voyeurism is a very popular reason, they want to be faithful in rl... but one still has the desire to see the other with different partners. also it may be they don't mind the one exploring certain fetishes that don't really interest the other (I know one guy who's wife lets him explore certain fun from the back door rather than pester her for it.)

In ways it strengthens their relationships, both in no pent up emotions and trust. but there are still those that go behind their mate's backs to get the fix in rl... better it be virtual than bring home something more potent than a computer virus.

Not in their minds, and well to each their own. Accept that philosophy and life will be a lot less frustrating for you.

debatable, and consensus tends to be towards troll

Well, you're certainly not sharp :p And btw, "I'm just blunt", "I'm a plain speaker" or gods forbid "Not offence meant" are used far too often as introductions for intolerant, rude, arrogant and self-serving hate-speak. They get no sympathy from me; quite the opposite.

Hey! How did you know about that? Oh... Kelly with a Y... As you were.

.

LMAO

Pretty sure the Children of Vaal were not deviants until Capt'n Kirk told them the facts of life.

your sl GF is probably has a pen0r. though some people are so desperate they just don't care (probably some in this thread)
It's called a penis, darling. 'Pen0r' is a word used by silly people who think penises are icky things that shouldn't be talked about. They also use words like 'minnie' and 'woohoo' for the female equivalent*, even though they're old enough to know the grown-up words.

*I guess I can say 'pussy' here, which is quaint in itself, but not the stronger 'c' word that would probably get me banned for foul language, even though it's a much older (13thC) word for it, along with the more acceptable 17thC 'cunny'.

My apologies for derailing this thread into a discussion of the etymology of genital slang. We will now return you to your regularly-scheduled deviance. ;)
