B) Hold out the $20 in fron of your friend, and only releaseing it when they grab it.
Well I tell you what I sure as hell wouldn't expect, I wouldn't expect to look around, see nobody but my friend and I in the area and as I'm holding out the money find a super robot arrives to snatch it before my friend has grabbed it. Users do not know about bots, the warning should have a big loud and clear message that bots can buy land in seconds. People will still probably make mistakes but it's being pointed out to them that it's very dangerous to sell land to anyone.
