This makes almost 20 hours now - what are those LL clowns doing???

[UPDATE 11:59 AM] Our Operations department is still working on this issue, which has also been reported to have spread to other areas of Second Life’s in-world experience. There have been reports of Linden dollar balances not showing, the map not loading fully as it should, and teleports failing. We’ll have it back up and running like normal as soon as possible. Thanks. [UPDATE 11:51 PM] It turns out fixing search is going to take more than initially thought, it will probably be down for most of the night. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have a team of crack Operations people patching it up in the morning. We’ve received reports tonight of search not working properly. It is currently being looked into by our Operations department and should be back up as soon as possible. I normally have quite a healthy customer base in both my shops untill this week....
Since the search is down I have sold nothing.... nada not a bean, strangely enough though I have noticed my weekly classified have been taken by LL. This with thge fact that some people have lovst thousands of lindens worth of items just makes for a poor experience... I know I have sung LL;s praises in the past but this is terrible, they say YOUR money is real ... untill it becomes THIER money .. then it suddenly becomes "non-money", the items you have PAID for .. in SL are in your inventory and have value seeing you have paid for them, but to the lindens they loose them and say ... errrmmmm oh well wasnt really there. What if tommorow I turn around to LL and say ...errrmmmm i have paid you ...what do you mean you have lost THAT as well *lol* No wonder the TOS is deemed unfair. pffft Marty |

If everybody just leaves then the Linden's will get what they deserve....a bunch of No Payment On File losers... I feel like a total fool for giving these guys money every month... This is hopeless... Or Are that simply trying to screw over everybody that has been sustaining them....We'll never know...CAUSE THEY DON"T CARE... |

Premium residents with unused tier can absorb the land of other Premium residents and thus allow them to move down a tier level and "take money off the table." Though the developers and customer "support" people within the "house of engineers" that is Linden Lab would never notice, if enough of us band together in this fashion we can collectively move enough money off the table (decrease revenues) for Zee Linden (LL's CFO) to notice. Everytime someone downgrades their account or reduces their tier level in this fashion they should drop an IM on Zee explaining why their account is no longer as lucrative as it was. |

Along with LL refusing to update my USA master Card and Visa for the past week. re setting the password over again 2 times now in 3 days.
I want my classified $ returned I also want my tier prorated. can I play yeah last night on the system below, slowest rez ever, my land Stream broken for some people, what a waste of time. now do I log in and see if I can run an event. I guess another fun day in SL. _____________________

I suggest you make an open pledge that you refuse to upgrade your account for an entire year at a minimum. In fact, I think we all need to step back and consider that based on the current problems we should be doing all sorts of things that won't have an impact on other residents but which will have an impact on LL's bottom line. |
