The first time I bought land, I ended up right next to plots set with both constantly ringing windchimes and a popular "environmental noises" box. The camel bells eventually went away, but I heard an owl hooting about once every five minutes until the day I left. I still hear it...in my nightmares! oooOOOooOOOoo. Took too long to find the "Mute" button? _____________________

I just want to point out....not in a nasty way of course ....that this isn't the only thread that is non conforming to this forum. I believe being rated in a Trout Poll or a Massacre at the Hangout are not comforming but there is not too many complaints about those. I think that all should be treated equal.

While that's true....the difference is that this is wholesale advertising, which, if allowed to continue, will create a highly disturbing trend. People are always going to "chat" in a forum, but for an example of improper advertising run rampant, just take a look at the events page. Who needs to pay for advertising anymore? Just hold an "event" and get it free! _____________________

Unfortunate, childish behavior from someone trying to solicit business. I was thinking the same thing. btw, I did visit the OPs store a few weeks ago. I ended up buying a couple of windchime scripts from a big audio store and made my own. I'd like to thank the other poster (Qie) for bringing up Luskwood....I was trying to remember the name of the wind chimes I had stumbled across a LONG time ago. I need to go check out what is available now. |

Hiyas Fand, Non confomance is conformance somehow.. I think... lol I feel that what most of the responders of this post "missed" was that the "words" that people use in "advertising" their product in SL can mislead people. Words such as, "greatest", "best", "largest", etc... Amazing how people jump to their "own" conclusions! Anyways.. I do wish everyone a very happy SL day! |

Took too long to find the "Mute" button? Oh, right, because all of the features currently in SL have existed since beta. How silly of me. ... Also, of course bumping this thread just allows continuation of the advertising, which makes Zena so very "happy". Also, of course we report inappropriate posts.
