You should have had payment info used when you joined...then you would never get flagged(well almost never).

I made the debit card just for SL, i don't have a credit card and i don't want it... i reached the 30s without it and i can live some years more, at least in italy... anyway when i joined i read tos and all documentations available for be sure about what i was doing.... and no... there were no words about a limit imposed to slx transfers... as i said in a previous post, i'm complaining more the lack of information that the flag itself... anyway... good night... time to bed here...

Jesus H. Christ, CC is not the only method of paying, you yourself said you added a paypal account.
Of course there is nothing in the LL ToS about SLEx usage - they are two totally different entities.
And for the last time, you are stupid to think that you are gonna get money as a "businessman", regardless wether it's in SL or RL, without being someone properly identifiable.
Now shut up and start being trustworthy.

Now shut up and start being trustworthy. Why is it necessary for the average customer to know your identity to buy something from you worth less than a dollar? Vending machines in the US don't list the owner's name on the sides.

Vending machines in the US don't list the owner's name on the sides. I believe Novis was suggesting that people are reticent to give details to someone they cannot identify that may be misused. When you put a dollar cash in a vending machine, the owner of that machine cannot empty your bank account. Would you really swipe your card on a vending maching owned and operated by a company you had never heard of, that did not list an office address or telephone number anywhere on the machine. I for one would hesitate. While I don't necessarily agree with Novis, I see his/her logic.

From: Colette Meiji Why is it necessary for the average customer to know your identity to buy something from you worth less than a dollar? Not the average customer, but the one that is going to exchange the tokens you receive from average customers into real money. As soon as it goes from less than a dollar to cashing out 250$, you should be prepared to fess up, especially if you came here to explicitly start a business. When I cashed out the first time, Paypal flagged my account for review and possible money laundering. Which I totally understand and which got settled by providing them with proper identity verification. And Jack, it's not just Italians, SL has restrictions for Paypal accounts in general. But that makes me wonder again how you added it as payment info now.

I am sorry this has happen to you. I wonder if it only affects those who try to cash out cause my friend use paypal and spends a lot of money but never has cashed out and has never mentioned having problems. I know there are people out there who get paid for entire sims for 2500 and up from paypal never have had problems. Wonder if its just new thing or bug?

While I don't necessarily agree with Novis, I see his/her logic. I hadn't put payment info here when i started for this reason too: if i sold objects/scripts ot i had camped or whatever, then the money i made is, actually, mine, so... for the same logic, why should i allow LL to empty my credit card if they are in credit with me? Maybe i'm wrong but if i buy bread, i pay it without ask the seller for its credit card.... i'm always worried about privacy and money security... i can't trust LL as LL can't trust me... them are now able to take my money from paypal but i'm not able to take money from their account, not even my money deposited on them.... Call me whatwasnut... call me troll... but i SHOULD trust LL and LL won't trust me even if them have my paypal account and "debit permission" set on it...

Paypal has not flagged me in any way, LL has... LL can at most take from me the money i made here, and nothing from RL... i should grant them the permission to withdraw my RL money too? i don't trust them as much as they don't trust me, but i should give them permissions to take my money.... it's a strange world where big companies can defraud small users... and small users can't even complain....

They often are slow to respond to anyone if they do ticket wise. They have only few people to respond, I am amazed they responded at all. When I had issue with my account while back ago I had resolve it myself and they only responded after the problem was resolved weeks prior by me pre-paying into credit to tell me it was resolved. Only real way to avoid this if you have means to have business account with paypal is have your clients pay you directly there and just not bother with being paid in Lindens.

I'm selling cheap objects... i don't want ppl to pay me 1US$ or less to paypal... it may be a solution, but it will make my vendors inworld unsuitable...
