Imagine if their wishes came true....all those people impersonating police officers, the whores, the pimps, the gamblers, speeders, copyright infringers, vehicle builders which don't conform to any regulations, structure builders who don't either, people who smoke where they shouldn't, this list could be very very long. Well if people are using SL to sell drugs then, I imagine that falls under the juristiction of both the country that you are shipping the drugs from and the country you are recieving them in, if SL decide they don't want to have such business between the few countries where this can be done on their server then then it's their decision. I don't remember any LL announcements on it, but assume they don't condone it, but could be wrong and suggest if you have seen evidence of it happening, you should have reported it.
