Bug List

Last night there were some sims on the preview map around the Linden office sims and Derwent. I tried TPing to one of them and crashed in the process. Since then I've not been able to get into the preview, it gets stuck at "Connecting to region..."

I have tried ...

- Changing Login Location to "Home" and "Last Location"
- Deleting all prefs, cache, logs, data and ini files.
- Deleting everything and reinstalling !

Still no luck, seems the preview server is maybe remembering my last location ?

Yea there is a bunch of sims around the waterhead telehub online, as well as a few islands, if you zoom out on the map. well when you can login that is.

I dont think its you, i logged off in morris cant log back in, either with home or last location, same with another av that was in fortuna.

I've seen this before, there was a problem with the handover to sims or something after the asset server slowed down and went to sleep lol.

I have one av in, but i cant get this av in no matter if i try and force the login using the -url command line parameter to set the location.

"C:\Program Files\SecondLifePreview\SecondLifePreview.exe" --siva -url <secondlife://Fortuna/128/128>

Tried it with and without the <> brackets incase, and also with various sims

Asset server wasnt serving any data to the av i had logged in, inventory didnt load, and no searching. in finder etc.

Now the grid is down

and if you click the help button it doesnt work lol, its bugged but i though they fixed the urls loading in the sl client, doh

Steps to reproduce the bug:

When i was waiting for the upgrade to build 27, i got this "unable to connect to secondlife" error message , pressing the help button failed to open a webpage or even launch a browser
