uh...
Crappy performance
Crappy Support
Crappy Servers
Crappy Admins who never help you
The Mainland is the laggiest peace of shit since quake 3 on a phone line connection
The lindens ignore you if they dont know the question
Objects randomly disapear couse of bad performance
Unsecure database couse it was hacked before
i'm surprised Linden labs isnt sued bigtime for their lousey actions..
like lying that during the database hack No CC information was released while it was
Fix the game and Dont touch it, you'l just make it worser

not sure if this has been said as im too lazy to read all 6 pages <g>
but to me it has to be finding a beautiful sim .. perfect design, landscape etc etc then you look up and there are 50,000 sky boxes above you ! - talk about how to ruin a view !

the owner of the wien sim is Ice Strawberry. She lures new business owners in with her high traffic. It is hard to deny the traffic. So then she charges them 250L PER PRIM for advertising your services or selling your items....but here is the kicker. She gets your money then reports you to to the lindens and the FBI for fraud in one swift motion. So you lose it all and cant tell which way is up. All of this is being done behind the guise of a freebie sim that "HELPS" newbie characters, consumers mind you and customers to lindens labs, but overall hurts the small guy trying to make a buck. She has been reported many times on these kind of actions with no success. I guess the bottom line is she is pulling people into sl so lindens dont care if she craps on the averge user on there joint quest.
im leaving this crap hole of a game.

In a world with a huge number of anonymous and amateurish wanna-be entrepreneurs you're going to find a lot of disregard for professional ethics. It's unfortunate you didn't get treated fairly by the person you mentioned above, but that's one person out of several tens of thousands. Be more shrewd about whom you trust and how much you trust them. Of course, if one lame-ass scammer is sufficient to scare you away from SecondLife, then this probably isn't the right world for you anyway. I wish you better luck with whatever you try next. |
