Is Child Avatar Sexuality a violation of the TOS?

In light of a rather large number of threads in the forums, and the apparent opinion by many that sexualized child role-play is acceptable behavior, and not offensive... I figured I would ask the powers that be.

Is sexual roleplay using a child avatar in violation of the Terms of Service?

I find it excessively offensive and obscene, and I am interested in discovering what LL's stance on the matter is.

If it is a violation of the ToS, are there systems in place to prevent it?

Not happy about Linden Labs purchase of XStreet (formerly SLX) and OnRez. Will this mean LL will ban resident run online shoping outlets in favor of their own?
