Rumors of Abductions by Airship in SL

Im always in that area... and there is something going on that cant be human, i remember seein a ship similar to that, but it was only for a second.

Well lets see.. I want to say that I am changing my tune (so to speak).

I now believe that these alien sightings and abductions *could* be true. A mob is always right, right?

Last night while I was in Gray I saw a strange light coming from the other side of a hill. I made my way over there and as I was approaching I could hear strange shrieking voices. I moved in for a clearer view but managed to step on a twig, which alerted whomever it was. I heard a loud bang and I went black. I woke up in the woods and my clothes were all thrown about.

Whoever did this could you please return my Boba Fett Under-Roos. Thanks.

did that just come outa my mouth? Dear gawd what have they done to me! All this time I have been trying to hide the truth, I was abducted, and for some reason I was awake.. They didnt even bother to drug me.. and then they... they.... well, ! It was spiked and painful. while they were I squirmed and wrigled in pain and acidentaly kicked one of there helmets. that is when I noticed a crack start to run up the helmet which burst into a spiderweb of tiny cracks, and then the helmet burst into millions of shards and I watch, to my amazment the alien crumpled to the ground gasping for air viloently thrashing about!
That is when I made a run for it only to find I was some 500 feet up in the air and fell to my doom. Lucky for me we were over water so I only borke 127 bones in my body... when I get outa this hosipital, Im going to war with these analy intrested bastards! WHOS WITH ME!

Alright Gawd D@mit! I admit it! I saw one of those bastards abduct a friend of mine.. did they take me NOOoooOOooo! they left me there in there in the woods all by my self... "I WASNT GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU BASTARDS!?!?" "Not PRoBE wothy eh?!?!" Yah, I did it.. I waited until they brought my friend back down and while they were giving back his belongins, his cloths a what not (but they took his Boba Fett Under-Roo's)... I started smashing in there disgustingly bulbus glass head coffins with my WarHammer of Doom! Yah, they do have a weekness and its called Hammer time!

I can attest to their weakness. An alien trying to pose as just some regular person wandered over to my house yesterday. I recognized it as being different right off and thanks to the recent warnings realized he was an alien. It was paranoid or something cause it actually told the group of us there its weakness. Yep they can speak our language, be warned they are taking over! So of course as is the neighborly thing to do we proceeded to break the aliens helmet and watch it flounder helplessly on our deck.

Funny thing about these aliens, they're hard to kill... Somehow their helmets auto-repair when broken and even resuscitate the wearer. So we had to keep killing the alien and hope that each time would be it's last. Finally the alien ended up dead in my pool. Of course it took a lot of round from a sniper rifle... What a mess to clean up that was...

No ship sighting though... I think either this one was on a ground mission of some sort or the other with the ship forgot someone when he flew off to probe people

I've been abducted(probed?) more times then I would like to admit... seems as though the strange aircraft likes to hang around Tan (roughly southwest area), and tends to hover at very high altitudes. Next time it's in the area (like every night lmao), I'll get some pics

I can personally confirm the existence of this ship. At first I thought it was some kind of electric snake, up in the sky. I lay low for some time, studying its habits. And let me tell you, this ship does have its idiosynchrasies.

It seems to be drawn to places like Gray and Welsh, where interesting technology and architecture are to be found in abundance. I think its strange occupants are studying us, although I am not sure why. I have even snuck aboard it a few times when no eyes were upon me, and listened in on their strange conversations. "Bah, mah... Bah, mah... BAK MAK!" I don't have a clue as to what that might mean.

I think they have been testing out their ship in Gray. I've been abducted a couple times, but my "visits" were brief and there was no awkward probing. There were also a few times where I'd be standing still on the deck of my own ship, and the next moment, BAM - Two kilometers in the air, and a sim and a half away! Well I couldn't have that going on, especially not now that I'm bringing all these heavy-duty systems online - being catapulted two klicks away at the wrong time could be catastrophic! - so I have decided to bring a few tacitcal systems online next. We'll see how "friendly" they are with a phalanx of cruise missiles chasing them halfway across the world! Let me give you folks a little tip... their helmets crack like eggshells, but their bodies are made of sterner stuff. Bullets bounce off 'em like marshmallows, so don't bother - it only sets them to ranting in that curious "mak... mak... BAK MAK!" language they use. Then they put on the latex gloves and start looking at you funny.

Although the ship seems to spend most of its time in Gray and Welsh, I don't think anyone is really safe from abduction, no matter what sim they may hide in. My suggestion to concerned citizens is to queue up "Magic Carpet Ride" and hope they offer to take you on a cruise that doesn't involve bizarre instruments and wierd lubricants.

Ok...Those of you that have been abducted there is Relief. The other day I was polightly standing on Sia Sunchasers dock looking at her Dolphins and Whales when it happend. She dissappeared in a blue light. Then the aura of the blue light surrounded me. I was moving up...up and Boom due to the vibration of the activity my armor activited and poof I was out of the beam floating some 15 meters away from the craft. Their beam can be defeated. its called weight. I weighed so much that their tractor beam couldnt haul me in. I was able to break freely from the beam and then go on an assualt. Remembering Roo wanted Pictures I dug out my handy dandy visor cam and started taking pictures as I started to investigate the craft.

needless to say the control room and the belly of the beast were empty. I guess me breaking through their hul with 15th century armor startled them and they escaped in pods or something because I didnt see them leave.

Then I goofed and stepped on a hatch that wouldnt support my weight and I fell amilessly back to Sia's Dock where I found her daze n confuzed with a new tshirt on. I looked back up and the wounded ship was limping off over the top of welina jades place then it dissappeared.

I think they have cloaking ability. I am going to have to get back with merlin and see if he has anything I can use to shed some light on the subject.

Last Night at Fanway Park one of the aliens arrived, so this begs the question, do Aliens like baseball.

Unfortunately or Fortunately whichever way you look at it, I broke his helmet and killed him before I could ask.

I can verify that what Jonathan says is true. I was also at Fanway and saw him take down this being. It kept running around leaving slimey alien footprints everywhere and shouting "we come in peace!" Thankfully Jonathan was there to make sure peace was kept. I saw the ship again later over stage 4. Not sure if Carrera LeFay was abducted, but she blacked out for several minutes and ended up in the grass behind the stage! She was dazed and wasn't sure what had happened to her, but she was shorter!!! Chip was the first one to notice this. Needless to say, Carr is very upset. And Roo, let me know if you decide to do an autopsy on Jonathans alien, I would like to be there. Will get all the instruments I need from Ian. *thinking of all the evil devices of torture Ian would have! hehehe*

I too was abducted the other night. Standing on my dock minding my own business doing my own thing, pestering Shadow and Crim as usual. Suddenly out of nowhere I was cought in a beam of light and pulled into a large ship. I have only faint memories of big black alien bug like eyes staring down at me. Faint images of a little alien wearing a mask and carrying surgical instruments come and go. The next think I knew I was back on the dock watching Shadow stumbling around too. Funny those eyes almost reminded me of Roos sunglasses. You think those aliens are trying to take over our SL world by impersonating you Roozer? Tweke do I get good neighbor discount on foil hat?

OK people, just remember that any telling of tales regarding alien abductions, probes, and strange lights from the sky has to be restricted to SL in-world experiences only...

How come all this stuff happens JUST AFTER I sign off for the night??? Totally coincidental I assure you...

I thought it was all just a joke but NOOOooo! My turn came last night. I will never be the same, ever ever again.

One threatening creature stood guard with some deadly space weapon so I had no choice but to take the probing.
Um, well after the probing, I began to enjoy my experience. I think they were testing my intelligence, just as we test monkeys, er, no wait... it was a monkey that was testing me.

I wasn't alone in that devil's spacecraft, we are all in danger!
