If it weren't for the fear of reprisal by the aliens I would show you the pics that would prove my story. But I fear they would not probe me anymore if I did that ;) lol

Weird, one minute I was in a Tresure Hunt and then the blue beam come out of nowhere and whisked me up into the sky. I too heard the demonic laugh. But fear not, my SL friends, the visitor from afar. I was returned without harm.

I was captured tonight by the ship. I saw it hovering over me, and I started to walk from it, but, it quickyl followed. A moment later, a blue beam came down and pulled me inside. I was in a cage, looking at the two controllers of the ship. They were very friendly, and even let me sit up front :)

We then went and captured someone else, whom was quite confused, but, didn't mind much. In all, it was fun :)

That is a very personal part of the experience Jon, and not to be shared. Only the alien and I know the truth of what went on.

These are not rumors. There is indeed some type of alien craft trolling about SL capturing innocent avatars and holding them captive temporarily while probing them. I know for a fact, as I was one of the victims. I was at Buck Mountain (in Kissling) painting my car, late in the afternoon on Wednesday, when I heard an ominous low rumble and the sun was suddenly blotted out from the sky. Before I could look up to see what was happening, I was blinded by an intense blue light and the next thing I knew I was in the belly of a mechanical beast being whisked away. From my confines, I could see a mad scientist type, with all kinds of apparatus attached to his shoulder, pacing back and forth muttering things like, “begin probing” and “lol”. He seemed to have an assistant that looked like a small mutant version of Edward Scissorshands. He didn’t say much, actually the assistant didn’t say anything as he had a gag over his mouth. As I watched from my cage, the operators of this craft then proceeded to beam up another innocent SL, er though they did not detain him very long as he put up quite a protest and did not stop kicking and screaming the entire time. I could still hear his protests in the distance after they released him and we moved on. I was later released unharmed near the wilds of Brown where I found my way to a Neighbors house. This day was one of the most exciting so far in SL. To top it off, that night while sleeping I kept dreaming about eating a giant marshmallow all night and when I woke up, my pillow was gone!

Buck,

OMG lol I'm sitting here crying at work. I'm glad no one is near.. darn funny!

I do hear rumors of mixed reactions...

I heard all the of the newbs love the ship and the afterwards probing that goes on. They report being awestruck!

The old timers seem to not care for the abductions.. threatening this alien ship with harassment reports and such. I find it rather strange that an old timer veteran Sl'er would pass up such a prime oppuritunity to ROLE PLAY. In no way are these aliens and their ship trying to grief or harass anyone. It's for the fun, excitement, and best part roleplaying. These aliens have made a lot of new friends because of these adventures.

I also heard the prober gives out a positive behavior rating for friendly abducties... now that's a deal!

It's a vast government conspiracy!

I was an eyewitness to recent abductions, and though my life may be in jeopardy, I feel I must reveal the truth:

The 'Aliens' are not aliens at all but members of a secret government organization. I observed them at work, dressed in black suits and sunglasses. Don't let them fool you!

Oh wow what a wacko, lol gov. conspiracy, no way these were definitely aliens, you may have been a witness but i have been up in the cold damp dreary hull of that vessel.. The roaches and vermin nibbling at my toes. The wretched laugh of the aliens echoeing all around. the Spiders crawling over your face. Then it comes to probe and from then on its a much more pleasant place!!!!!

I too was a disbeliever until last night, when... it happened...

Although I fear to say too much, as I value my (second) life, I think many of you are missing the big picture. It's not just aliens, it's not just secret government workers, but some sort of unholy cabal between them!

I have, um, sources, that tell me the craft is an un-earthed alien-ship that was excavated from the bottom of the Welsh sea floor, and that the piranha-like aliens that were awoken by the digging must have mind-melded with local secret agents to produce a mad, super-genius like intelligence bent on nothing less than world domination, or at least derailing the press with bogus news stories.

Be afraid, be very afraid, for although they may act friendly and even courteous at times with their rather generous T-shirt offer, their real plans are nothing less than sinister!

And I'm not just making this up because I didn't get a t-shirt either!

today i was walking around SL, its was beautiful out. I was watching whales and dolphins frolic in the sea and listening to sea gulls in the air. Then all of a sudden i hear a loud rumbling. Everything goes blue. The Sea life around me scatters frightened. Then the next thing i know, i'm up in some kind of room. I see see this grey pale face chattering some kind of alien language at me. The next thing i know, i wake up outside again. And i've got this t-shirt on...

It has been my experience in my first life that the most boring outcome always prevails. This is why I do not believe in God, aliens, or Santa. It would be cool if they existed.
Since people are making SL like RL, these "aliens" will probably be deleted. :(

God, that was gloomy. What I meant to say was "I think these aliens are fake and I am determined to expose them!"

now...i am not saying that this is what i want, but hypothetically if i wanted to be abducted and 'probed', where should i be, and what activities should i be taking part in?

I mean, my first life experience suggests that if i am activiely trying to draw their attention they don't show up; but if i am driving down some backroad in new mexico in a beat up, barely running, might as well be junk truck, muttering stuff to myself that suggests i am a bit of a crack pot, who no one will believe, with an iq of about 5, their little ship shows up, blue light and all... i mean not that it has happened to me but that is what i heard. yup, that's right, that is what i heard. yup. (man that was a long sentence)

anyone got any hypothetical answers for me?

I was abducted - stay away from Grey Sim!
06-29-2003 10:23
Anyone who knows me knows that I am a reasonable and skeptical person, and not given to flights of fancy. So you should take what I am about to say very seriously. I have recently been abducted myself. Here are the supporting details: I was tinkering with my heli-plane by the Kazenojin Settlement in Grey, pretty much minding my own business, when I heard a low rumbling sound, kind of like the low rumbling sound you often hear after eating a Burrito Supreme from Taco Bell. I looked all around me -- never thinking to look up, though. Suddenly, I was ensconced in blue light, and then I was sucked up into the gaping maw of a giant, battered, alienish spaceship. This ship looked like it had made several trips across the Milky Way, and had probably missed the 30,000 light year check-up. The blue-ish green-ish tractor beam pulled me into the cavernous hold of the alien ship. On the other side of the hold, I could dimly make out some vaguely humanoid creatures pushing buttons and scratching various alien body parts. The noises they made were hideous to my human ears, and they smelled like the last time they had bathed was somewhere around Arcturus. The floor of the hold was littered with empty Code Red bottles and Slim-Jim wrappers. I thought I detected the faint odor of McMuffins as well. There must have been something else in the air, some kind of knock-out gas, because I passed out, and awoke much later next to my heli-plane. The sun was coming up in the east, and the alien ship was nowhere to be seen. I don't know if I was experimented on while I was unconscious, but it sure hurts to sit now, and my left eyelid droops a little more than it used to. At any rate, at least I got a free T-shirt out of the experience!

You people are all crazy. There are no such things as aliens. What you saw was the light of Venus refacting through some swamp gas. Why would aliens even bother to abduct people. You are all just YAK.... I mean wack!

Having been an abductee numerous times, I believe I have valuable information on the mechanics of their tractor beam which they use to abduct SL citizens. In fact, one simple method renders their abducting-ray useless and ineffective! However, out of fear of alien-retribution I cannot divulge this information... just know, it's easier to fight back then you think! ... *looks outside* did you hear that? did you HEAR that?! they're coming for me! FIGHT BACK! FIGHT B---[muffled screams]---
