teehee...Chris he called ya grasshopper. Now them's fighting words. I have read many posts on these forums and some of the most balanced and just sprout from Chris's fingertips. On the other hand some of the most illogical and cruel manifest under the thread starters name.

He claims he is subsidizing it yet I am unsure as to exactly how. Care to elaborate Korg?
I would also like to point out that if you have issues with the group and their policies, write an email to LL. To me it is very evident what you are trying to accomplish by posting this here. To try and get people riled up. Mission accomplished.

From: Cristiano Midnight Uh oh, there you did it. The last time I called someone a loon, I ended up with them calling me pretending to be an attorney. Just play dumb if someone calls asking for MrsJakal! Haha! Thanks for the advice. O.k....I take back the word "loon" and lets use "Mentally Challenged". Huggerz, MJ

From: Pendari Lorentz Please point out my personal attack? It is something I strive to not do and I would very much like to know which of my statements was a "personal attack" and not simply a calling out for actions.
For instance, here are some of your own personal attacks throughout the rest of this thread: Actually.. you have a point.. I made the mistake of making the initial post and then not just leaving the thread alone. You are correct. As for your own personal attack, it is one of inference. When a troll walks into another thread (this one) from a different one, then I, being human, sometimes don't live up to my standards for my own behavior - and here I erred by responding in kind to things they have said or implied here in this thread and elsewhere, somewhat screwing my purpose. Thanks for pointing that out. OTOH.. my original posts still stands... unassailed other than a few "I don't see it that way" responses intermixed with personal attacks attributing motives and actions to me that I would never attribute to others without hard evidence. Note to any/all who "love my posts" so much: You been called a stalker (this thread)? A traitor (different thread) - in other words, a person who has either committed a crime or simply has not been convicted of it yet? That's a bit over the edge, don't you think? Challenging someone's intellect is easily dealt with - dispute it in argument. Prove a negative - I wasn't there - a bit harder without logs, right? A traitor? After 22 plus years in the military- where I had to ask what "where's the beef?" actually referred to because I had been out of the country defending my countrymen for nearly a decade without setting foot on US soil in that period - well, I think you might get some sense of my righteous indignation in that instance. Then again, some probably won't. And that's okay.... it doesn't really matter. In both instances, I know the truth about myself and live quite comfortably in my skin. That self-confidence is often misinterpreted as arrogance... and I can live with that also - especially in this virtual space.

From: Jauani Wu do you think that SL should not have player governments? do you think LL as a private company providing a service provider, they should handle the problems that arise in game, not giving power over to the players?
i don't understand where you are coming for. do you have some kind of delusion that this is a public community? Do you think he is not deluded? Do you think he cares for one second what you think? Do you think he is not prone to acerbity? His words are that of a malignant troll spreading hate and dissention to all who read his castigation. He is a malcontent not a curmudgeon. He is willing to draw verbal weapons on his attackers without predjudice even if they pose no threat to him or anyone else outside of the community which he targets.

From: Kendra Bancroft So --asking for a public apology for publicly being called an obscene name is equivalent to hazing?
I don't even see where an apology is a form of abasement. I completely agree with this. Since part of the groups purpose is to experiment with forms of government this kind of social experimentation seems worthwhile to me, as is this resulting discussion, even though it's getting a bit flameish. Setting up a government is a messy business. Isn't it best if we bystanders just offer constructive criticism instead of demanding that LL take some sort of action? Dunno... just seems awfully blown out of proportion to me.

While some arguably constructive discussion has occurred in this thread, I think its reached its end and as such has been closed. Please refrain from bringing personal issues to the general forum discussion board. Thank you.
