Ohhh! I love the idea of a carnivorous turtles, maybe I should build one for my garden in Furu. LOL, though it might discourage people from hanging out in my garden, but it would be funny as hell. 
With regard to sound, I think that the SIM should play Barry Manilow music in a continuous loop 24 x 7. If that dosen't discourage people from wanting to go there I don't know what would. (apologies in advance to any Barry Manilow fans out there).

In case griefers are secret Barry Manilow fans, could just play the b-a-n-a-n-a-s song redone as an elevator song....that might drive any griefer to good behavior. "Noooo not the song AGAIN"
