Don't pretend it is not, or that you are being humorous. The only humor was your cluelessness. Your explanation of the Hummer picture was exactly what I thought. You can't show in any way that it is homophobic - it is the woman's last name. BTW, wouldn't you be doing something homophobic driving a Hummer by your own logic? Or lack thereof?
