I showed this to my SL daughter and she said, with some cheek, "somehow that doesnt shock me. she owns all of the free land, might as well make her queen as well." We all know who is meant here. And I will never buy a piece of land from her. I'll go down to basic before I'll give her my money. To all those involved in the Metaverse Justice Watch, Lindens included, I have to ask, in the most polite of terms, WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU THINKING? Unannounced meeting, Anshe as spokesperson, Linden involvement, odd African immigrant references = recipe for disaster. In a week of already bad PR for Linden Lab over the GOM situation, coupled with the announcement that stipend bonuses are being cut, was it really necessary to have what seems to be almost a secret meeting with self-important people angling for position? The chat log leaves a horrible impression, though Linden Lab at least appears to not take the bait, which is good (Anshe wanting NDAs??) Ugh, it is a mad, mad world. What the hell is going on this week? Frankly, I can understand why you have problem with us. I'll show you mine if you show me yours, dear Anshe. Nice attempt to try to flip it on me because you have been exposed here. My correspondence with Linden Lab in the course of two years has amounted to writing to them when you were scamming the grace period on picking up auction land to avoid hundreds of dollars in tier fees. They appreciated that one, I know you didn't, but then a crook usually doesn't like getting caught red handed. Additionally, I have corresponded and spoke with LL with some conceptual and technical questions as I was implementing Snapzilla, and during the course of the site to deal with technical issues with it. Additionally, I have corresponded with Robin about the teen grid after I was contacted by members from it regarding Snapzilla questions. Receiving technical assistance as a developer is quite different than what you are doing (and I will also point out that both you and Apotheus have been in close contact with LL about SLExchange - in fact, just as GOM has been, Flipper has been, etc.). You are trying to change SL to suit your own self-interests. Ever had private conversations with LL about your sims, your business, etc? I have a problem with your "group" because you and Prokofy are the epitome of corruption, and are founding officers in a group that is lobbying Linden Lab for your own protective self interests. You are the one who looks like Evita in that chat log, not me. Don't be surprised that the people are revolting. _____________________

Saying it while standing around with the few stragglers after the meeting is hardly an announcement. I was at the town hall - as were several other people who never saw this "announcement". Quit pretending it was well publicized, or even announced for that matter. My opinion of Anshe and Prokofy has been formed by watching their actions over time and is my own - I consider both to be about as corrupt as you can get, This is expressed quite strongly in the threads about this subject today by others, as well. They are a liability to the group. If Anshe and Prokofy are as genuinely interested in bringing about positive change as you claim, then why not have less controversial residents be officers and spokesperson. Example, put it up to a group vote on who should be officers, open to all group membership. There is certainly no reason you, for example, should be an officer over anyone else. Otherwise, it is all just yet another ego project and political lobbying group. Left unchecked, this type of lobbying has exactly the exact opposite of the effect you intend. _____________________
