Your wit and brilliance is a major loss for Second Life, Ulrika. I know we can't hog you up for ourselves when you have a little one in the family. However, I hope sometime in the future things will change for the better and you will be able to come back to us. Good luck and stay happy.

Have fun with your beautiful baby, Ulrika. Right now, the baby provides the wonder and enjoyment, and SL the headaches.

When your baby is a teenager and providing the headaches, then you will once more enjoy the simpler headaches a game provides, lol.

Whether you come or go, or stay gone a while and come back, I totally understand your decision for now at least. Babies - and husbands, usually (and yes, teenagers, too) - are good for your blood pressure and improve your mental health, while SL politics and forums are often the opposite. They love you like no one else ever will.

Game friends are wonderful, and important, of course. But what anyone in SL thinks, all the drama, etc. - it all means nothing compared to your family. Enjoy your sweet little one! And your wonderful little family. My best wishes to all of you at this wonderful, irreplacable time in your life.

i'm flabbergasted.. i'm having trouble processing this news..

you have acheived so much in SL, not just for yourself, but N'burg has been a major accomplishment. i'm a little uneasy about this sudden change of reality.

yes, you will definitely be missed.. i mean, you're really leaving altogether? not even simply tiering down to Basic just to keep your name alive? just in case someday you can come back and reclaim your throne?

it's completely logical that you need to do this and nobody could ever say SL is more important than your RL family, but that still doesn't negate your importance here.

it just doesn't feel right.. i wish you well and respect what you need to do, but.. still, it seems like a massive finality. on the other hand, i hear you when you say it's the only way you can "escape" SL and redirect your attentions where they are needed.

i hope everything goes the way you need it to, you will be truly missed. (i still wish you would leave Ulrika active at a Basic level.. you know, just in case

)
