Got into 1.5.8. Moved forward. Crashed to Desktop.

Got into 1.5.8. Hit fly. Crashed to Desktop.

Got into 1.5.8. Tried to tp. Crashed to Desktop.

Tping in fact crashes me to desktop every single solitary time. Fun.

Add to that crossing sim borders. That crashes me too.

getting in is ok. its staying in thats the problem.

I cannot tp anywhere of my own accord. I had someone tp me.. seemed to be successful, things started loading... then I went to speak my first line and crashed.

Seven crashes and counting.

It should open up Second Life and give you an opportunity to relog in, at that location (near the Welcome Area).

Torley... what if everything you had to do you did while SL was down for the upgrade, and all you have to do now is get into SL to unleash your new product on a poor unsuspecting world?

9 crashes and counting. Sim border crossing also crashes me to desktop, too, it seems.

grrrrrrrrr.....i have uninstalled and reinstalled SL 3 times...and still not able to log in....painfully slow on loading invetory, fetching inventory...then when it gets to the part...contacting server.....bam...back to log in screen...no message or anything...*What gives?*

hey guys i'm having the same problem .. I downloaded the update earlier and apart from some very looooong waiting for things to rezz it worked find... then I was in a club and couldn't walk (no i hadn't been drinking ) did a relog and bang can't get past the finding inventory screen... then the whole thing doesn't respond .. I have tried re-installing and everything but nothing seems to work.

One thing I did notice tho was that my antivirus started kickking up about it i have set the permissions to allow but don't know if there may be something in it .. it's gonna take a bigger geek than me to work this one out... anyone?

I cant even log in it crashes as so as it gets to fetching inventory and it freezes and crashes.... im glad i downgraded my account cause this is retarted.....

I got past the 'inventory' loading phase for the 3rd time only... 2 times, it just timeout'd.
Otherwise, it seems to work, more or less.

Didn't notice any 'more' crashes with my ATI card than I'm already used to

Same here, i can stay in for a few minutes, but it crashes randomly, throwing me back to desktop. I'll skip SL for a while and check back in a month or two if this continues.
