Same happened here i went to increase my credit on my account by 60USD and it said i exceeded the daily limit by 35USD and if i have to email them then we all know nothing happens when they get it. Again the only support they can offer is a suggestion to e-mail the billing SL department. |

Well I think I may be calling them soon. This has been about 4 business days now counting last Thursday. It's an open and close thing. Open the message and see, oh yes, I've been in SL for 1 1/2 years, no brainer. Just type it in already and change it. Takes only 30 seconds I'm sure.

Try 30 days ![]() The autoreply email from the billing department states that inquiries received during working hours receive a very quick response while inquiries received after hours get replied the next business day. It's time for them to change their autoreply default text. |

Well it better not be 30 days. Anyways I updated my credit card info cause apparently there was no info there for it. That didn't help either. 6 more days and my tier is due they better hurry up so I can sell some Lindens to be able to pay it.

Ok I've had enough, who or what number can I call or who can I contact to get this rolling. It says within five days a request will be reviewed and being a 1 day resident for trading limits for a week is crazy!
