Windows Vista Beta 2

As most of you people know that Microsoft just release Microsoft Windows Vista Beta 2 public release! *yay! I have installed it on my computer but I am wondering if second life will run! Other then that so far everything is awesome! Windows Vista is great! *keeps fingers crossed Second Life will work!

i hope they do support it, i haven't been able to get on since in stalled it, SL doesn't support the driver ati has out for some odd reason, least on this pc i keep getting unsupported card messages.

Well the game installed greatly on windows vista but didn't run Ohh well I even installed the current windows vista drivers for my ati card, and it just don't seem to work Any one have any suggestions. The error I get says my driver is unsupported lol

Maybe someone will see the interestest of this and fix it hahaha

well that didn't help for the simple fact when i messed with my drivers it messed up windows, searching was the first thing i did. and i do have the latest vista beta 2 drivers installed for ati.

My Windows Vista is working awesom I have the ati radeon x600 series. I got the driver installed for vista from the ati site. And everything still no luck though on getting second life working on my machine Everything is great tho I am loving windows vista it is awesome! I went to the thre but didn't help much.

yea vista its self is working perfect for me too. i just tried a few tips in a couple vista threads about rolling back to old xp drivers, which only resulted in a nice blue screen

Well I suspect it's priority is about 1 step above unsupported hardware at the moment because it's basically unsupported software .

I'm sure it will become supported but it's going to be something to worry about in the last quarter of the year not now as Vista is in beta.. beta = will change and likely to be unstable = pointless trying to get something like secondlife stable on it.

ya know man i don't care if its beta i use it and i was wondering about support not your needless banter that helps me not.

Yah who cares about your comment windows vista is running great and I have been running it for a while now and have not been having any problems with it. I am sure there is some way to get it working. What are you running an apple LMAO

Hardly needless Banter.. just highlighting the fact your unlikely to see anything in the near future.. now a Linden may come buy and contradict me but given they have rather more important things on their plate right now I doubt it.
