Last Nights Problems Again Tonight

Ok the same problems from last night are happening again.

No transactions again, no maps, no TPs and can't change groups either. Same problems as last night. -_-

And as usual no reaction on the blog!

Jesus Linden, do something!

Well I can't even get logged in with my main account. After 4 tries I did get in with an alt.. it said my private island (Oz) was down. I couldn't teleport, map won't load, balance never loaded. And after flying around the mainland for ten minutes because I was bored it crashed. Oh and I tested the expensive ad I placed... and (I know you won't believe it) but it didn't work either.

hang on soon they come around. but this is really bad today.........

Here too, and this is the first time I've been really frustrated by SL's performance. I've accepted the rest as just a natural side effect of growth and development, implementation of new features, tried to view it all optimistically and laugh about the bugs and glitches, but... when a crippling set of ongoing issues never seems to be fully fixed, ya kinda start losing confidence in the platform. =/

If I can't build, I'd at least like to TP out and chat. If I can't build or chat, I'd like to shop and sight-see. If I can't do any of the above, I might as well be playing something else.

It's a lot of fun to see [Resolved] for issues when you go to login which makes you feel good about how things will be....olnly to have your balance not load, searches not work at all (which happens to be one of the [resolved] issues), groups not able to be changed, map not working.

Do they just mark things [Resolved] when they want to go home on a Sunday?

Well after EIGHT tries I did get logged in but my private island Oz is reported as down... Now get this... this takes the cake. I go to log into the concierge support portal to report the region (that I pay thousands a year for) is down and I can't get logged in! So even the system to report things are not working, isn't working.

Nothing is working in game...........so yes its a repeat of yesterday!!!!!!!!!

I really feel great right now.

We were having a party to collect money for a new club! yeah that went well...

funny how they still haven't fixed it yet. -_-

OK! LINDENS THIS IS GETTING BE A REALLY BAD BAD BADDDDDDDDDD SITUATION YOU HAVE HERE .. I go to bed get up to go to my job in game and can't even tp no where , i have no money loading and I have lots of money . If I lose my money in game that I paid RL money to get someone is paying be back my money that is a promise .. FIX IT OR YOU GOING TO LOSE MORE THEN JUST PPL YOU GOING TO LOSE MANY PREMIUM ACCOUNTS AS WELL AND I AM ONE OF THEM

Funny How they are not even taking this serious! How in the world are real newbie people suppose to feel if they can`t login or even Teleport. I see some bad examplesof CS but this is the worse LLABS is doing to use the users/payers of this game. If LLABS can`t support current leaves of population then atleast be honest and or start charging more per year and STOP Freebie accounts! Frankly, they promise us that they would control signups (At the start of the year ) But that lie sadning that what else is llabs lieing to use about? Who Knows............

Usagi you should know by now that the Lindens don't give a damn if it's the weekend. Monday mornin they will roll in with their starbucks mochas and go, oh my there is a problem here... well someone else will take care of it.

HAHHAHAH oh well so so true. But Let of steam as you say is what was needed. I never seen such such crapy worthless totally BS shit they call a A product with out ANY SUPPORT! This is the worse I ever seen on Second Life! And its still broken! But do we have any of the Banana eatting Grid monkeys that atlease on call coming to the blog? NO! Why? because the policey of not doing shit until atleast monday afternoon is the problem? where are the inworld lindens the hired? where are the MIT brats and nerds? I am sorry but this is was too much to take. 3 years of shitty crappy and totally drama will BS leadership from LLABs is leading me to rethink why I am even still here.
Thgis was a total meltdown. You can`t even TP anywhere? Without first loging out and directly TP to your location! EVERYTHING IS BROKE.......

Y'know I would be more understanding about the downtime if we were given 1 of 2 things.. I'd settle for either one.

1> Keep us a bit updated on the situation via the currently useless blog. No update in 5 hours about the situation and not closing the grid down just seems unacceptable to me.

2> Reimburse all premium accounts some sort of amount of Linden money for having so much downtime right now on transactions and even building (practically the whole weekend). Those of us who paid, paid because we had something we wanted to do within SL. Be it own land for creation.. or running a business.

This is real people using real world money. Something you pride yourself on, LL. You use it as a selling point to get more accounts and with hopes.. more subscriptions.. more corporate accounts too. Having one or the other, imho, is a sorely needed thing right now. What is the purpose of having SL to log into if its impossible to log on or.. once you log on.. you literally can't do anything? You need to literally log out in order to teleport to a different continent or sim.

I know this probably will all fall on deaf ears, but you guys really need to interface with your subscriber base when these severe issues arise. Even a, "Sorry guys.. this is still being worked on, we will give an update on progress as much as time will allow us or when we have an ETA on a fix.." something of that nature would be extremely appreciated. I understand there may be tech problems. I am fine with that, I just wanna know something substantial as to status of said problems. Don't have to go into detail. Just let us know yer all still working on a fix. Right now I feel like y'all just decided, "oh well, cant fix it now.. will work on it later" So many things are running through all of our minds as to what to think about this and people are getting more and more aggravated about it.

Just something to think about.. as it has been 5 hours... and still going.. since the last update.

The bottom line is we are getting no CS at all! We all knew that when the LABS leaders said the possibly of not getting help until atleast monday afternoon woulds result in a nightmare! WELL LOOK IT HAPPENED! Where is out GAY Linden to Say All is well ALL is wonderful with Rosecolored glasses. Frankly even he knews this was a major meltdown and no words wwill get llabs out of this mess! I thought i seen every possible Bullshit NO Costumer Servers (CNS) But today markers the lowest point LLABS has ever been.

I just need to release some buildt up heat here...............I pay money for this SHIT!

Yup its the weekend and the muppets trying to cover it over the weekend arnt up to the task apart from disabling search.
