I sat patiently for 3 hours waiting to hear Philip and Robin speak...

They finally show up at 3pm and SL instantly crashes on me...and now I can't log back in...

What a disappointment this is turning out to be...

same issue.. says grid is open. I can login to forums fine now. But go to login to SL and it hangs and freezes right from the start and nothing else happens. :(

As much as it sucks for all of us.. it was a relief in a small way, for me to see that it isn`t just me that can't get in. I get the friendly lil.." Something has gone wrong, sorry" message each time I try.....guess all we can do is wait.... something I'm sure a lot of us are getting used to. ( sometimes I really think me going to a paying account was a HUGE mistake )

Im going to try an reboot and see if that fixes the issue... seemed to help after the update :) will let you know

Well.. i rebooted and this time got a message that something went wrong and to check grid status. Grid status still says that its up?? Ok.. whats the problem??

i already reboot for about 10 times, also deleted sl of my computer 2 times and downloaded again, didn't help:-(

lol i sign up to be a premium member after 2 days of trialing, spend some dollars, start to have fun and now this :P

good job i had no appointments booked, but i could have been getting some scripting done....

It would be nice to see an anoucement from a Linden that agrees the login is still down :D

I"m having problems too and rebooting didnt help i can't log in it just hangs then gives me the same error message i hope they work this out soon ... i wanna play! lol

Count me in as another that cannot login.

Tried rebooting, reinstalling, diabling firewall/AV... still no login.

Would like to see an acknowledgment at least from Linden that there is an issue

according to the last Linden announcement, they consider the login servers open....i suppose that means that they aren't doing anything :/
