As the ex girlfriend of the author of this Forum. i have 3 things to say

1. You're still whining ? hahahaha
2. When i came to sL you were buying land to resale at big profits. How is anyone to believe this was not another property you planned to make money on?
3. Count yourself lucky that you got $10 a meter which is at the top of the land prices per meter ...btw.. you told me once you would never pay over $7.00 a meter for land no matter where it sat. and you had 4800 meters- COuld be like some of us sitting on a half sim of hub land that bought it a month before the claimed dates for the buy out. But i am not whining Mr Real Esate enpreneur wannabe whatever.Unlike you, i picked my land for many reasons other then just its close to a Hub. Soooooo.. I still got a nice property for a reasonable price and do not have a major chip on my shoulder with Linden Labs. Who btw did not make Hub land more valauble anyway. The Land barons- 2 come to mind ( one of which you already mentioned by name) made them more valuable. Real Estate is a risk in Real Life, as it is in SL. You need to learn to accept Loses HUn and roll with the punches, or it is going to eat you up inside......
