Great ideas!
I'm sorry is this posted as a res mod or as a business man?
I'm getting confused here.

Personally, I don't have strong feelings for or against the resmod program. Most of the threads that you're likely to see me post in aren't in the 'high drama' category - so resident moderation has been (at least so far) irrelevant to me.
My observation has been that the majority of the forum community has been against this idea since its inception. All the cards are stacked against this program's success, because very few people actually want to see it succeed. Instead of Linden Labs & Residents working together to build a better forums, those two sides seem to be working against each other. I think the tone of the conversations we're having now would have been much different if Linden had worked to get general buy-in from the forum community first. Even if the end strategy were to be the same, I think many more folks would have been supportive of the resmod idea if Linden had taken steps to drum up support & excitement first, and make the community feel as though they were an active part of the decision. That wasn't done, so instead - we're witnessing a prizefight: Forum Community VS. Active ResMods & Linden. IMHO - Anyone who believes that either side will win in a fight like that is sorely mistaken. _____________________
