Palomma, I just want to thank you for the Free Dove, how would I have clothed myself at first without it?

:)

The first shoes I bought were Shiney Things, I still love Shiney Things best, but Lassitude & Ennui are great for detailed textures and fancy shoes.

I will never wear those huge new shoes the size of half my body, though, heh.

I still want those beautiful Victorian shoes Ordinal wears, but I only have so much Linden, I can't turn into one of those women who spend all their money on shoes.... or can I?

The nice looking shoes need to be located right next to the outfits they go with. At least in the same store. Or have a landmark to the shoestore with some compatible shoes.

Not to say that I am perhaps a bit lazy in my shopping.

I prefer to wear stiletto shoes/boots so basically I have narrowed it down to 2 stores, which would be 'Syfie Minogue's Prim Seduction' and 'primAdonna'. All I am asking is if anyone knows of a place (maybe a place I have missed) that sell similar type stilettos;)

Minx Shoes fit that description Tonia. But look through the list of stores on this thread and then if you still havent found what you're looking for then come back and let us know and we'll give you a few more.

I know I'm an avid shopper and I doubt theres a shoe store (or clothing store for that matter) in SL I haven't been in. So let me know how you do with this list. If you still don't find something you like from this thread, then let us know and we'll add a few more or IM me in-world and we'll go shopping.

I'm pretty sure we'll find something different that you'll like. :)

Being a highly selective (female) shopper, the only realistic-like shoes/boots I have found is at 'Syfie Minogue's Prim Seduction', and, 'primAdonna'.

Agree with that 100%. I've wasted money on others and never wear them.Sylfie is in a league of her own

Lynnix Muse has well designed shoes with shoe forms that really match the shoe style. One of the features of Lynnix's shoes is the menu that changes the shoe colors with so many choices. I can color the laces in one color, make the straps another color and then add or subtract to the intensity of the color, and any number of changes in between. The styles are pretty, the shoe functional, and a good buy. I recommend them!

I bought some shoes from one of the stores mentioned in this thread.

It is such a pain trying to get them to fit on your feet with the straps not cutting through your skin.

I finally got some pleasure from removing them.

Thanks so much for the complement! :D

I do agree lol, SL's feet sucks heh!!!!!!!!! But, OMG Sylfie's heels make up the majority of my shoe collection in SL. Her heels look realistic and like something I would find in a real life store. Props to you Sylfie. I used to prefer the chunky stripper heels lol, but now I <3 her stiletto shoes since they look like ones I'd find in my rl closet. WoOt!

Honestly, I'm going to shame you now, how can a girl be in SL a month and not find good shoes. I suck at shopping and they were the first things I went looking for and found plenty! And I'm not a shoe person, lol.

I'm going to have to agree with Io on this one. I'm starting to see a pattern on this thread that's starting to smell rather fishy.

Kind of reminiscent of the old classified ads isn't it. I'm sorry to admit that I too fell for it hook and sinker this time though :)

Oh well, I'm sure it won't be the last time.

Girls are complaining about lack of shoes in SL? You don't know how good you have it... I wish some of those talented designers would turn their attention to guy's stuff as well. I lived in one pair of Nike Air Force Ones for six months, because there's sweet fa guy's stuff in SL, and what there is, mostly sucks, a million miles away from the quality women can enjoy. Thankfully, Barnesworth came up with some good shoes, and I bought the full set.

Can someone make some good guy's jeans though? That don't look like Eminem's rejects? That baggy shit was played out ten years ago.

I've found good jeans as an undies layer for chaps. Aside from freebies - thats it for mens jeans. Shoes I own sandals, 2 pairs of boots, converses and dress shoes - and I had to look HARD to get something other than crap. Women have it so easy on shoes..hair too.

Oh, and try the Gordian Knot if you haven't before, Fade. A mall dedicated to mens clothing.

Don't even start me on men's hair. Lashed and Lost, that is it as far as I'm concerned. Everything else is just shit quality, shit style. Oops, I started.

Guy's stuff is totally out of sync with anything that's happened in fashion this decade.

Thanks for that tip though :) I haven't been there before... I'll check it out.

...One day I'd love to stroll into ND and see a whole row of guy's jeans, I'm so jealous of the girl's jeans there.

There, I've had my whinge... you can all go back to talking about your shoes now.

indeed good shoes are hard to come by. I have what i like to think of as a nice collection of shoes and thigh high boots that i have made and are available at my shops around SL.
I am not part of the jet set designers that are so popular, i am fairly reclusive to be honest but I do have a few styles of shoes and many other unique items of clothing at my shops. :)

One of the first items I bought in SL (now I'm confessing that I had another name for a week a while ago before quiting and then came back) was Crucial's halter top shirt, in red. I wore it to death. :) Her's was also the first box I ever wore on my head.

I'm also planning to buy her stocking set. Her prices are very reasonable, by SL standards. :)
