Being a highly selective (female) shopper, the only realistic-like shoes/boots I have found is at 'Syfie Minogue's Prim Seduction', and, 'primAdonna'. The others (no offense to anyone) just look way too weird to me... kinda Frankenstein-ish. If anyone out there knows of a place that sell shoes similar to Syfie and primAdonna PLEASE let me know! lol.

Though not really a shoe store, I got a great pair of sandles at Bare Rose, wish they had an ao, but they look great! June Dion is a really good and affordable designer.

Tonia, the longer you stick around SL (and check out the New Product forums), the more you'll start to form your own clothing designer preferences.

You'll find you begin to subscribe to in-world "brands".

When I'm shopping for shoes there are always a few places I like to check out (some of these have been mentioned by other posters).

I'd second that. I do a lot of shopping for the women in my life, and their plain black mules are excelent, and go with everything pretty much. They look like real shoes that somone would actually wear, with a retro sensibility.

Really nice shoes I can heartily suggest to ladies in no particular order:

Minx Shoes -Nikki makes some sexy shoes.
Silje's shoes-some cute heels that have the color change in them.
Simone's shoes-yeah Simone's dresses are the bomb but she's got shoes in there

There are tons more but this is all I can remember off the top of my head and without being able to log in

My Lassitude black Mules are an essential part of my wardrobe (for my alts as well). I also love the jewelry.

There are quite a few stores in SL that have at least a few pair of cute shoes but Minx Shoes is the only store i know of that I like all of their shoes.

But what I would suggest is typing "shoes" in the find thingy in-world and just go down the line and go "window shopping."

After all, who doesn't love to window shop

Those Barney Rubble-ish feet just HAVE to go! lol

Speaking of feet, I bumped into some guy at 'Master & Slave Toy Store'. He had the most realistic (skin) feet I have ever seen in SL! I couldn't get over how real his feet looked! I was in awe! So I just HAD to ask: "excuse me, don't mean to bother you, but your feet, they're SO beautiful! You just HAVE to tell me where you got that amazing looking skin?". He said he made it himself and is thinking about starting his own skin shop. lol, I told him "don't think, DO IT!". Darn, now if I can only remember this guy's NAME, I'd post it here for ya, Devlin. Guess I'm forced now to hunt him down, huh, hehehe

. Being a highly selective shopper, what I have seen in-world doesn't cut it for me. I prefer to wear stiletto shoes/boots so basically I have narrowed it down to 2 stores, which would be 'Syfie Minogue's Prim Seduction' and 'primAdonna'. Platforms aren't really my thing. All I am asking is if anyone knows of a place (maybe a place I have missed) that sell similar type stilettos
