Lets say SL is down one day in 30 days and you pay 15 000USD tier /month, a 500 USD snip off the tier fee would be resonable. A discount on teir fees makes a lot of sense. To bad LL will never use it for the reason it does make sense. |

Gee, my network at work goes down at least once a week and its small compared to SL. Any lost sales will be made up the next day. People aren't going to be shopping with less money now.

I called Linden Labs and they said they would send me my 5 cents in the mail to make up for the down time! I'm so happy I didn't have to hire a lawyer and file a massive lawsuit.

It was down a quarter day. I pay US$50.00 a month to play {hard as that is on my rather skimpy budget}. That's, like, $1.00 = $30.00, so there's $20.00 left over ... which means, like $1.67 per day. One half of that is like $.84, and a quarter of that is $.42. I demand my forty two cents back! lol Hey! There's an old joke in there somewhere ... something about the answer to everything. Except, well, I'm supposed to shell out even more of my hard earned money to get cable TV so I can watch a series which everyone describes as a silly soap opera thingamagoochy whichamagob. No thanks. We're trying to figure out if US$15.00 will be able to take our freeloading carcasses until the third of next month. Wait! We get lots of money! I don't know what to do with it all! I just have to remember that after our bills and food and other necessities have stripped us of all our funds! |
