I recall when I tried out There for the one week trial, I expressed that i was going to play Second Life for their free trial. The people in There suggested I not come to SL, because it was a huge place for perverts and cyber-addicts.
Now honestly, I ask you, were they trying to get me to NOT play SL or were they just trying to make me really really interested? Still here a year and some odd months later. |

I think Linden should ban avatar sex. And after than, they should plywood cubes too. No to the sex. Yes to the banning of plywood cubes. These are the reason for MANY disasters and also the cause of inwanted inventory pregnancies. |

What are your thoughts on this? How would this affect the economy? Would many people quit SL over this? Many of those who didn't leave because they wanted to have avatar sex would leave because of the prudish ambiance of the place. _____________________

Ok lets start regulating sl like every other lousy game online everytime someone has a moral issue. If second life were to be regulated more, it would take away all the freedom and creativity that I personally love about this game. I played sims online.....sucked, played there.com......voice option was cool but otherwise....sucked.....So I gave sl a try, took me a little longer to learn all the basics, but after I leatned them and about all the possibilitys sl had to offer because it was user created and allowed so much freedom I was hooked.

I find it funny that this question was even asked. We as adults have the right to choose what we do in SL. Linden Labs gave us this option. Now you get these self righteous people that think it is immoral to have avie sex. Well to me it is no worse than those that have the issues. Why if you have an issue are you playing SL in the first place? So I say let it be the users choice not that of a select few. *steps down off the soapbox*
