I've never participated in SL sex (although in times past I've had my fair share of IRC sex) and it isn't on my to-do list but the precise reason why I like SL is because anything can happen. Once you start putting rules on the adult activities within SL you remove a certain level of freeness that is exactly what I expect.

I remember right after I purchased my first land due to camera quirkiness I turned and ended up with my camera in my neighbors living room where there were half a dozen or so pictures of plushy sex. My girlfriend was like "Woah!?", I thought it was entertaining... Now my GF is the one with the land where all the neighbors are having sex and to this day I've never seen my neighbors at their homes. I guess it isn't fun to have sex around people when there is no shock and awe value :^).

so for example on making windows, i would have that transparent, what color or texture do i set it at? so does that mean i have to have a seperate panel for that, or can i do it in a box somehow?

True , taking the sex out of SL would have a bad effect on the economy.

It wouldn't affect me as a person but it would affect my bussines.

vol, it's not for making windows it's for highlighting things that are transparent, for any one of a zillion reasons. hand if you drop a transparent attachment for example, and need to pick it up.

its in the edit box, send me an IM and I can show you once I get home, basically you have the ability to set the entire prim to a certain level of transparency on a scaler of 0-100

On topic, most bits such as wangs have a menu'd ability to set itself to transparent so the gun is in essense holstered.
