The Templar Botworks helipad in Bonifacio, just south of the WA, offers free two hour parking. It's pretty hard to miss -- just look for the enormous Templar Botworks sign and the red landing beacons.

I think we need to start posting a PRIM COUNT LIMIT, non-physical ships are about to hit big... I hope.

I'd agree, if by "hit big" you mean, "not actually collide or hit, but continue to move through whatever they would have hit or collided with because they are nonphysical" ![]() _____________________

But with Nonpysical you can do ships up to the link limits. I have one with 130 or so prims and one about 75-89 prims depending on configuration. The Low-prim no-frills one should be going on sale soonish. |

Southwest corner of Orient, we have a small helipad around 200m up... mainly for a place to land when we want to launch sailboats from the land below it.

There are two helipads available for public use at Thunder Hollow in Argent. A bit out of the way but there are some nice places to visit up in that area
. There's currently no time limit but if I need the pads and you're not online, I will probably delete vehicles left there.Btw Kage, are you not my neighbor anymore? _____________________

I've just built a strip and hangar above Avalon Lagoon in Lostfurest d'Alliez. You can't miss it, it's at the end of a skyhook 500 meters over the impact crater left by the previous skyport, accessible by teleport (for wimps) or an experimental and unreliable gravity elevator (for real toons).
No parking, there isn't room, but I haven't set return on the land... yet. [Edit: The crater just showed up on teh World Map yesterday. Looks real purty from "up there"] |

Wasn't there a space station/dance club that was really high up? It either had a prim shuttle or astronaut orbiting it. I don't remember which. I just remember it being on the laggy side.

I miss Gravity Space Station. It was the best club EVAH. Now there's nowhere good to go dance.-Ghoti _____________________

You know what I would love? Automated jumbo jet flights to the other airports. Or automated anything flights... blimps, airships, you name it. Hop on with some friends and explore a new region...

Cruiser Gilman has an interesting airport in Yamato. The hanger, flight office and runway are 150m up at about 98,163. Use the teleporter to explore.
Lots of planes ... interesting layout ... ![]() |

I think Cruiser (see previous post) had regular blimp service for a while, I remember seeing them passing overhead while I worked. But I dont remember seeing them for a while ... send him an IM and ask. ![]() |

I'm pretty sure that at least the Aerodrome does automated flights. I'm not sure where they go, but every few minutes or so a plane appears on the runway and shoots off somewhere. |

I'd like a timeband that forces me to TP somewhere diff. every 5 minutes or it'll log me out. Maybe it'll give me a 30-second grace warning before 'portin' me to the next stop.

You know what I would love? Automated jumbo jet flights to the other airports. Or automated anything flights... As Kage wrote, Abbotts Aerodrome runs automated flights of blimps on a regular schedule that would travel several routes, including at least one to another airstrip. It goes there, lands, waits a little bit, then heads back to the Aerodrome IIRC. I think it's a great thing to do periodically, and a great thing to show the newbs. Go to the big strip on the bottom layer of the 'drome, floating above the water/beach, and check the sign. _____________________
