Damn straight - I don't see anything other than knitting and articles on scrapbooking coming from your side of the fence.

I have never written an article on scrapbooking, and as I told you before, I knitted ONE thing, in college. A shoulder purse that, when items were put into it, stretched down to way below my knees!

Often, what is "doing right" includes making sure you have your information straight before you make harmful accusations. You accused someone of wishing murder and rape upon another. This is no small matter.

It appears that you believe that accusing and apologizing is a worse crime than actually wishing rape and murder. I submit that it is because you lack moral direction. You define "badness" based on your personal relationship with an individual. Because you have chosen to dislike me, my behavior regardless of its ethical merit will be spun by you to be bad.

This is a common trait of the friendless forum jackal, a loner who wanders from thread to thread without any other purpose than to insult people. Their greatest joy is spontaneously teaming up with other forum jackals to disparage people they dislike and to build a fleeting camaraderie in their mutual hatred.

Here's a thought: Ask me what I believe rather than trying to dictate to me.

I hold kindness as one of the highest values. And though I aspire to it, I don't always hit the mark. However, I do try to refrain from doing outright hurtful things with the knowledge that they will inflict pain.

Accusing someone of an act that ugly has the potential of causing real hurt.

It's hardly a personal attack, it's your own words, I am pointing out a positive connection for you since it seems you were having some financial and emotional/relationship problems and now you have thought of a way to save some money for your pursuits. Just putting things together that's all.

I've always had a pack of forum jackals and general disdain following me about these forums since I first arrived. As a matter of fact, it wasn't until Prok arrived and made me look moderate that most folks put down their pitchforks. Seriously.

I never mentioned your family, either.

But in any case, in a small way, I'd like to think I did something positive for the community, in-world and out. I've taught in-world and try to help out the new people who stumble across my path. And here, I've tried to remain civil even when talking with people who drive me nuts. Not always accomplished that, granted. But I tried.

On the other hand, Ulrika, you're only making things worse for yourself right now. There's a time to fight, and there's a time to step back, let go of your ego, and try again.

I can only speak from the perspective of what I saw when I started spending serious time in the forums.
