Whats with all these hungry people from the UK? Had your country been smart enough to join the United States back in the day, then you'd be busy bordeline purging, the day after Thanksgiving.

I still don't have it straight as to what cobbler really is. Fruit pie with no uniform crust, just crumpled cooked dough mostly on top is how I think of it.

Where I live me and my friends are vegans on anorexic diets and nothing is sweetened, unless it has Stevia for sweetness. When Thanksgiving rolls around we eat soy and gluten turkeys and mushroom Stroganoff with soy sourcream, veggie stuffing, Yams, mashed potatoes and veggie gravy. It was good. Pie is only eaten during periods of extreme deprivation, so although they are still made for Thanksgiving, they just sit there uneaten.

The Starbucks era is fading. Way too fattening, so no scones and no 1000 calorie coffees with soy milk.

Some further data needed

tell me, yet again, that because I IM'd the DJ and told him that the people int he back of the club couldn'd hear chat, that I deserved to be banned.

Questions: How far away from the DJ were you? If it was more than 20 meters from all the talking, why did you not move into chat range? Why not request a tune from the DJ then offer your observations? I think each of us has been in someway rude while we were in world at some point. When you are building or doing DJ work or setting out new products in your store or talking with friends and someone unknown comes in and requires attention it sometimes tough to be polite. We always try to make folks feel welcome in any club we go to but if they are out of chat range, it's not easy to cover all bases and shouting at them is also considered rude and might irk the neighbors. Make any sense?

edit: OMG it's the Friday thread lol!! Pass the Tequila please;-)

Wait, I'm confused. Do you mean "deprivation" or "depravity?"

75 pages of constant flaming would be the record.

The classic search bot thread.

I think it is safe to conclude the OP has demonstrated that rude people are rude, and notionality has nothing to do with it. GG, OP.

:) i dont get to read from work so had to from home quick before i make dinner...

the OP forgot one basic fact of geography...

"America" is half the damn planet!!, Brazil, Costa Rica, Canada, Cuba and yes, the United States all are american...

im with bradley...whiner of the week award...

as my slightly backwards bretheren from Texas would say, "Cowboy the f$%^ up! grow a spine and stop being a whiny little simpering twit!

then whining, i knew you guys would defend him and id not get sympathy here...geeeez, an old saying in the restaurant industry, you looking for sympathy? you'll find it in the dictionary somewhere between shit and syphylis.

you have a "bad" experience, chalk it up to experience and dont return.

nuff said.

Dammit Har, we have this thread successfully derailed. Don't try to bring it back on topic.
