New Eloh Starlight Eudora, right out of Gnubie Store....Going to tweak the face a little (thanks, Lin) but it is an improvement, keeping enough of the original Sarah....

I had a very strange encounter this morning. Someone walked uip to me and a friend of mine as we were talking and started going on about how I looked like a newbie and I should take a demo shape and skin from her so I could be attractive. She wouldn't let up, kept insulting me, basically (my friend was going nuts...he couldn't believe it), said she has a store that covers a whole sim, and has been in SL for a LONG time. I asked for a LM but she didn't give me one and then walked away, saying that I shouldn't have a white complexion (she was a classic, big boobed, puffy hair, round butt, skinny legged pixel babe, by the way). I thanked her for her valuable advice and she poofed. Any idea as to what this skin is? I think Lindal gave it to me when I first started in SL, but I'm not sure. I'd like to maybe work on the face a bit but am not sure....thanks.  First of all, if YOU are happy with the way you look, then that is all that matters. Don't ever let some egotistical pair of boobs with legs ever tell you otherwise - especially if she "just happens" to sell skins and/or shapes. FWIW, judging by that pic, you look amazing! You are well-proportioned, which is more than I can say for a majority of the people on the grid. _____________________

You've got a well designed and original theme going. Designed, original. Original. The OP's look is also one I wouldn't criticize. My comments in this thread about the shoulder and nose are only because she seemed to be asking for opinions. But those could easily be tricks of the camera angle - and are minor even if not. The overall AV is still very much a 'human proportioned' human AV (if you're theme is not human, human proportions become unimportant, obviously). _____________________

Not trying to be rude just being honest. Your skins an shapes look like free. The reason i say there fake is if your going for realistic where is the blush let alone the shadowing it is one solid color. Yes your shape should go hand an hand with your skin. Many peolpe do not realize how important it is to match up a skin to a shape which is why you have peolpe walking around looking not pleasant to the eyes even though the skin can be high textures an PSD's. Your hair looks very broken an not high quality. You hair looks bad because the textures being used is very very low quality. If i can give you a word of advise go to Vixen use lucky chairs to get there hair. Join some Midnight Mania board an go from there. |
