Actually it's not my normal mode of communication, or it would have been much more clever than that.
There's nothing wrong with saying "I've been around for two years, you can trust me." There IS a problem with saying "He's just starting up, so he's obviously a scammer."

The system I proposed doesn't say that, it just states how many days a person has run a business on that plot of land, if someone thought they didn't want to sshow their 6 day status because they were new, I suppose they could just hide the prim up in the sky or something or perhaps make the prim only visible on the owners discretion so they can biuild up their days till they want to show their status. It's not like something like this would appear overnight in every store in SL, it would take months to reach any sort of popularity.
