I personally would like to claim responsibility for the stipend/transaction/money bork. Ever since Sept 17 I've been unable to download my transaction history, and submitted a ticket on it. Teeple said "oooh weird" and then 4 days later (after much discussion) said "OMG this problem is HUGE." I then said "Well since I discovered it, I want this bug named after me!" and Teeple said "Sure, we'll bronze it and dropship it to you. :p " So it's all MY fault and I'm totally not sorry. So there.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Nah, Canada's chock full o' sluts just like America is. We can't blame them. Let's blame all the VAT countries.

Now why would THAT be of any importance ...?

I'm pretty sure he was joking. I'd hate to have a huge bronzed bug dropshipped onto my house.

Hey, but then you couldn't say they never gave you anything...

Ooo, maybe it'll bling! Blingy bronzed bug!

They didn't start paying stipends out until Tuesday afternoon Pacific time...I'd expect them to be at least 14 hours late. Oh, and it's still Tuesday there for five more hours. :)

This is an ongoing issue for me.
I have been in SL for almost 3 years and never had a problem with my stipend until about 6 weeks ago.
Every week it comes later and later.
I always assumed the earlier you created your Avatar, the earlier you got your stipend. I suppose I am wrong, as usual.
I used to receive my stipend @ 1am SLT religiously....now it just comes whenever the hell it feels like.

*sigh*

It is strange the stipends worked just fine the week before they had the slow stipends... Not that many people signed up in that week. So how does it go from ok to extremely slow because of one week of new accounts?

Me thinks there is more going on then they want us to know...

I haven't received anything yet. My last 4 stipend posting times were:
Tue 9/4 @ 14:16
Tue 9/11 @ 15:02
Tue 9/18 @ 16:59
Wed 9/26 @ 10:50

Each week was a bit later and then last week they had all kinds of problems which seem to have gotten much worse this week.

Looking at the Outage info posted with the August statistics, their 'unplanned' outages for both July and August skyrocketted compared to the previous months.

The need to feed the hamsters better and get a few more. :p

Wednesday Morning here in Holland and still no stipend, wonder what the excuse is this time, i appreciate the delay because of the amount of menmbers now in SL but if my bank can pay me my monies on time i would have thourght that LL had scaled their systems to cope with the growth of new members.

Why dont these things suprise me anymore :)

Peace

Wednesday morning here in Ireland and still no stipend..... Just curious, but if they can deduct your classified ad listing fee in lightening quick time, why can't they pay stipend on time. One way street I guess.

Definitely Wednesday in SL and there's no stipend. Not to mention you can't buy anything right now, sell anything, transfrr money, the account site is down, you can't tp, you can't rez, can't build and can't upload.

In short, I hope whereever you are in SL is where you want to be, because otherwise, it's just an IM box.

From what the transaction history says, I got mine very late yesterday. I'd love to know what's going on in the 'mind' that is supposed to run the processes, but all I'd get is a headache in trying to understand.

I'm soooo tempted to duct-tape RL so it will leave me alone today!

*thinks she will have to call LL again to b!tch them out

EDIT:
Delayed inworld payment processing
Tuesday, October 2nd, 2007 at 2:52 PM PDT by: Maurice Linden

Good afternoon everyone. It appears that group payouts have not been paid for the past few days, directory listing fees haven’t been charged, and stipends haven’t paid out yet today. We have begun the stipend payout processing now, which will be followed by the directory listing fees. The group balances will begin paying out tomorrow at the regular time. We are working to discover the root cause of these delays and apologize for the inconvenience.

*waits*

None here either, what I don't get is if they are so behind on stipends, how in the world are they gonna get group done today?

And it was only a few months ago, that stipends were still out first thing Tuesday morning. What in the world changed? It can't possibly be the growth of premium accounts that would account for more than 24 hours delay!

Edit after above edit: That was posted yesterday at 2pm! LMAO... I was hoping for an update at least. Got me all excited.... :P
