Nah, that's for the "ZOMG!!11!!! SL is DOOM3D" sky-is-falling scenario. That's were you throw chickens at the OP to prove the sky is indeed falling on just them :p

This is just a troll like post, so it won't end well for the OP. So, it's popcorn and IBTL!

Besides the chickens will end up fried and on the sunday supper table. A very definite this will not end well (for the chickens and possibly our arteries). ;)

Chickens. It always ends in chickens, unless it's...

Nazis. Hah! In for the Godwin.

Or Pie. There, I think that covers the bases.

/me plumps down in her chair, grabs a handful of popcorn, and waits for Lias to weigh in and Tell Us What Really Happened.

(Frankly, I don't see her as a cheat. She's been too active for too long and helped far too many people in SL. The accusation doesn't seem at all like her.)

IBTL.

You forgot panties.

We haven't had a good panty thread in a long while.

I didn't forget them...but I wasn't about to volunteer Brenda's for her and get myself shot, or wave my own around for everybody to see.

I haven't had nearly enough to drink to consider that. Yet. ;)

Not sure why this is so funny Briana, Lias has run that class successfully for quite a long time, and I personally graduated from it.

Clubs are old, and played out. I find taking a class to "learn to earn" by running a club in SL laughable. But then again, many classes sound that way until you take them and learn of the many intricacies involved in the topic at hand.

Maybe i should start a "How to Mall" course and charge for it.

Just sayin'.

Clubs are old hat for anyone that's been here more than a year. But there are plenty of new people that come in and their greatest desire is to own their own club. And for those that enjoy live music in SL, the club is still basically a necessary fixture.

Well, to some extent I have to agree with you. I cringe everytime I see someone post "I'm opening a new club", fully knowing what they have in store in order to be a success - time, money, and hopefully experience.

But if they're going to be so foolhardy as to open one - then attending Lias' school would at least give them some practical applications on running one and giving them a head start. For the price, it's money well spent.

It's more than that, though. She trains people in the staple jobs of DJing and hosting. In that regard, it would be money well spent, since a new DJ or Host would make up ground for what they may lack in SL age and experience through training. I've hired a club school graduate in the past and she was decent. It certainly made the difference between hire and no hire at the time.
