That is a big trick that is preyed upon Island owners that have land for sale cheap AND allow land resell. Someone buys the $1 land, sets it for 1000L or 2000L as much as 4000L if time permits before the Estate owner realizes their land was purchased and no payments have been made to the rental box. I learned that lesson the hard way. Tis is why I use teh estate tools and turn land re-sale off. I personally supervise all of my land sales. _____________________
