It's time to stop putting George Bush's face in the sandboxes.
It was bad enough seeing it on the news when he was in office.
No reason to junk up the sandboxes with it forever.

I'm no George Bush fan, but I am a fan of Sarah Palin (which I see you are not). Honestly, would like to know why you dislike her so much (aside from the fact that it's obvious you buy into what the left wing media paints here out to be). Try actually looking at what she did when she was governor of Alaska before you respond.

Dubya's tenure as President ruined Murka's global reputation but, worse, it destroyed the lives of hundreds of thousands and ruined the lives of millions more around the world. This thread would have to be locked if I were to post an accurate description of my thoughts and feelings about that carnival monkey. Suffice it to say that I destroyed a perfectly serviceable passport on account of his and Toenee Blur's shenanigans.

And I thought this thread was going to be about curious phenomena like finding Elvis' face miraculously reproduced in your Egg McMuffin or something..

When I was at school with him George Bush was nothing specila but not a complete dork either. Mind you, I spent nearly all my teenage years at parties so I didn't see him except incidentally.
Now what's all this about his face in sandboxes? Or on the news for that matter? |

Mostly, she quit. Rather than face bankruptcy defending herself from false charges brought by her political opponents. Which would you choose? Protecting your family or political power? _____________________

For a good insight to Ms Palin read the article 'Me and Mrs. Palin' in the October '09 issue of Vanity Fair. Recounted by Levi Johnston, the father of Palin's 17 year old daughter Bristols baby, who lived with them through the election and for two months after.
A snippet, following the election: Sarah was sad for a while. She walked around the house pouting. I had assumed she was going to go back to her job as governor, but a week or two after she got back she started talking about how nice it would be to quit and write a book or do a show and make “triple the money.” It was, to her, “not as hard.” She would blatantly say, “I want to just take this money and quit being governor.” She started to say it frequently, but she didn’t know how to do it. When she came home from work, it seemed like she was more and more stressed out. |

How is all that hope and change working out for you? All I see is W 2.0. I guess you didn't pick up on the quote from Marlowe? I'm sure we'll be wading through enough of Dubya's sh!t for years to come and any hope and change bestowed courtesy of your new administration will be difficult to see. The worst part is that the rest of the world is not exactly waiting with bated breath. |
