onduty is the brand for a freebie attachment (it's some kind of brothel and clothes store too, probably also sells dessert toppings and floor wax). Those notecards the attachment hands out don't really do anything (nor do the in-world pregnancy tests). You can treat them like you would treat dice in any roleplaying game, go along with if it seems like fun to you.

hi. i suggest contacting zack haedong in-world. he and his partner have been involved in sl pregnancy/adoption for quite some time, and i am sure he would be happy to help you get on the right path.

In SL if you want to be pregnant all you do is go buy the shape and the prim baby if you want one. Some just find someone who wants to play a kid to be their baby.
The thing is in SL you dont even have to have sex to get pregnant you can doit al on your own. You can also have a home birth and save the cost _____________________

Since you are new, maybe there is some information lacking.
i got a note card saying i was pregnant ... Send a notecard back, that says "Not anymore".  SL is not a game like the Sims. You are not obligated to follow anyone's roleplay suggestions. There are no pregnancies in SL. Avatars do not get pregnant, are not hungry and don't need to sleep. It is just roleplay some people like to do. Selling babies and all the related stuff is also a huge business. This might be an ad for some "clinic" as well. _____________________

Also, whilst I have no desire to RP pregnancy, childbirth, childhood or parenthood in SL, I fully respect the rights of others to do so. But, why anyone would ever want to RP having or performing an abortion is beyond me. Surely abortion is a sadly necessary procedure - my opinion only, of course - but how could it ever be something to RP for fun? _____________________
