If the Plackards and club are on PG land, OR On mature land Clearly Viewable FROM PG Land they are in Violation, and ARable.

Thanks for everybody's help to this naïve new resident. Johan Laurasia's point is also taken. After spending severals hours today reading relevant discussions, my conclusion is that the game is not worth the candle. There doesn't seem any point trying to establish a small strictly-PG presence on uncovenanted land.

Its definitely true that on PG covenant land you will get better zoning, and nearly always vastly faster support for zoning violations. |
