For those that don't know what a tomatillo is: Originally used by the Aztecs and called Miltomat. It is Physalis ixocarpa; relatives are Chinese lanterns, cape-gooseberries and ground cherries. Available fresh from Latin American markets, this vegetable is specifically Mexican. Fresh tomatillos are decidedly superior to the canned for sauces. I'd put up an image, but for the life of me, the code hates me. I think my explanation is better.......lmao |

er let me take a stab at what these might be.... well I guess tomatoes are involved.... which means the rest is.... what?!! you guys merged tomatoes and armadillos? so it would be some sort of armoured tomato, right?
